Arrow Tire & Wheel

Took in a f250 to change a single with a new one I had bought. They wanted to charge $ 40 dollars to change it! So I drove 2 miles south on Sierra and got it change for $ 8. I really wanted to like this place because it’s a mom and pop. But with those kind of prices I don’t see how they will compete with Les Schwab when it opens.

Great place for work on your ride!!! Stopped in, and talked to Robert. Gave me a great price on tires and rims! Stopped by Monday morning, had a small hiccup, but I talked to Robert, and he is a good business man. Told him my problem, and he took care of it!!! They have good workers, fixed me up!!! I am totally satisfied with the outcome!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Brought in a lowered 62 VW bug for an alignment and front tires. Tires are ¹³⁵⁄₁₅ which are hard to get and pricey. This place for the alignment dialed in and got the tires at a more than fair price. Highly recommend this place. Old school shop with quality work. Don’t expect a fancy lobby as this place is a working shop!

Woke up this morning and noticed I had a nail in my tire. Started to look around for a repair shop and found this shop on Unilocal with great ratings, along with positive things being said. Took my car over and the repair was done quick and easy. Thank you and I will definitely be coming back.

Robert was very kind and worked very fast. I about to make the drive from Riverside to Oakland and needed my brakes changed. He worked very fast and reassured me that my car would be able to make the drive without any problems. I appreciated his fast turn around time in addition to fitting me in last minute.

I have been coming to this shop for all of my car care needs. From tires to engine work and brakes… the mechanics and the owner are like family. Trust the work to be done right and at a fair price. Been a customer for over 7 years. Dont trust any other shop to service my truck. You wont either.

The services is great. Fast service, Friendly environment… There prices are a lot better then most shops. They don’t try to sell you everything but the kitchen sink… I recommend to anyone who wants an honest reliable tire and auto shop… Five stars

Who’s looking for an old school shop and drop to get your car fixed on a dime. Great prices and trust worthy work, Robert and his crew has been a one of a kind class act when it comes to getting your car fixed, even when you take it to a dealer and the give you a price the cost of an leg and a liver, Robert will figure out how to get it done with out costing you your liver or an leg with a fair price. This is my shop for all of my non warranty cars. trust them they will make you happy with good prices and good work to your car. CHeck them out.

I priced around for tires and this place had the best deals and great service. Will definitely go back their again for my other car.

Don’t waste your time. Robert is cool, but the talent there is way below average. The price is high, when taken into consideration that one has to bring back a vehicle for re-​do and then end up with gouges on the paint in the areas where work was done, and being told that things were «unplugged» when the vehicle was brought in, before the repairs were performed. Too much doubt in my mind to recommend Arrow Tire and Wheel for anything other than what their name suggests. Tires, and Wheels.

I cannot judge them with the tire and wheels service they provided. I am reviewing their auto repair especially A/​C service they supposedly provide. Took my simple civic in on a Saturday morning and was quoted for a 2:30 pm ready time. Later Saturday afternoon, I receive a call that the part that did not fit, cool when out and buy the right part. Came back and ran out of time, no biggie, they said Monday morning should be ready. Ok, I was expecting a two-​day repair, just in case. Get there at 5 pm Monday and they gave me 6:30 pm today it will be complete. Hence that the shop closes at 5 pm, I go back at 6:30, and its close with no phone call. Next day, call them up, Robert gave me a runaway all day, came before closing, still not finished. It was one simple task to complete and they could accomplish that and told me I need to take it to another shop to finish the repair. By now, my patience is running on Empty. Wednesday comes and I call for a status and told me it should be done by 2 pm. 2 pm arrives, no phone. I had to all this so-​call professional business owner and tell him where the F is my car. Finally get the shop location and call the shop and was it was not urgent. Keep in mind, this is a 3 hours labor job that turns into 4-​day job. This place is a joke, they have no clue, what the hell is wrong with a service they supposedly provide to consumers. Keep your money and go somewhere else for your auto repair. Stick to just Tires and Wheels, Arrow because you fail in auto repairs. Let’s see how long the repairs hold up.
A little bit of advice, keep your customers inform regularly and stick your timeline.

i got a flat on a Saturday the day before going on a road trip to Montana, my only option was to get a plug from arrow tires (i had gotten a plug from them before and its still holding). No Joke i just got back from a 3,500 mile road trip and the plug held, these guys know what they are doing

I felt like I got a great deal. I called before advanced and asked them if they had my size tires and brakes. I showed up the next day and got 4 tires brand née tires for $ 300 and changed my brakes for $ 100, tax labor balance etc all included. It was all finished in less than 2 hours. I was thinking of going to Costco but it would have been more than $ 500 just for the tires alone.

Great customer service. Always able to accommodate at various times during the day and work schedule. Recommend to friends all the time.
