The associates there are rude! No floor associates that can assist you. I will never go to the one in Fontana again.

Low number workers = a waste of time. My concern is with the low number of workers. Just because, I was shopping for materials for my bedroom and there were no on floor associates. I had to look for products myself and I had no clue. Most importantly I had to waste to my time looking around the store. I didn’t expect my experience to be something like shopping at Ross. I did come up on a killer deal… but like 40 mins later. Shouldn’t take that long. The selection was narrow and not too impressive. I’ll check out the Anna’s Linens in medium to high income zip codes.

This is the first Anna’s Linens I’ve ever been in, so I’m not exactly sure how it stacks up against the other locations. This location seemed basically like an expensive Big Lots for linens, towels, and related home wares. Personally, given the quality(so-so), the selection(pretty narrow), and the prices(low-moderate), I don’t feel it’s necessarily worth it for the customer. But if they have what you want, it’s not unreasonable or expensive; I just didn’t find a whole lot of anything there that floated my boat. Give it a go. It’s kind of like a small Linens ‘N’ Things or something, with a narrower product range.
