I dropped off my laptop to get the broken screen replaced at about 10am. I got a call saying it was ready at 2pm. They were timely with me and very knowledgable. My experience was great. I have a very basic Toshiba laptop and the part with labor was $ 165.

The place to get things fixed taken many iPads and many iPhones I don’t go nowhere else

Found out about this place through a friend because my Mac was having problems. Took it in and all the staff was really laid back and they had it fixed in a day! As far as price idk if they are higher or lower than most places because this was my first experience with one of these places. For me if they do the job right the first time price doesn’t matter. Will highly recommend this place two thumbs up!

This place was awesome. Went in to get my ps4 fixed. They quoted me $ 100. Which is a really good price. Called me about 30 mins later said it was only gonna be $ 45. Great customer service. A lot of places would have still charged me the $ 100. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Awesome experience.

Took in a Ps3 with factory warranty sticker still in place a week a go let the them know it turns on for 30sec to the menu then shuts off he explained to me it’s ylod we can reflow to fix promlem will give it a try to fix it with a infrared machine. I Called them back a few days later the repair did not work that it had a nad GPU chip however if it had a bad gpu chip it wouldnt turn on and go threw the menu it would be straight out Ylod I let them know on the phone & in store there better not be more damaged to the board. The young kid at the counter had a look in his face like he was not being honest Came home checked the ps3 opened it for my self and came to find out there is missing parts to the board and missing screws on it I am very dissapointed very dishonest buisness. Ripping people off I’m gonna excise my options & possibly take these people to small claims. Don’t do buisness with these people very dishonest.

ACR was recommended to me by a friend a while back. I’m at a total loss when it comes to computers, but each time I went there, everyone I talked to explained what was happening and the whole process was super easy. They kept me up to date and informed the whole time. I’ve brought multiple computers to them to fix/​upgrade since the first time I visited. They have always quoted me what I consider to be fair prices and my computer was always done on time.

Don’t waste your money here! They were suppose to fix the hard drive on my laptop, but they ended up replacing it with a «brand new» one that was 250GB less than my original hard drive! So we had to pay over $ 200 to get my laptop back with less space than the hard drive originally had. Plus, when I got it back the trackpad wasn’t as smoothe or fast, and I was unable to right-​click. They fixed that, but now my laptop’s Beats audio is as low as it has ever been, I need headphones every time I use it now. Fuck this place. NEVER AGAIN!

I’m a fan of this place, they are professional and very helpful. I had an issue with my laptop and they were able to fix it very quickly and their prices are fair.

I have used these guys for years. They are smart, fast and very reasonable.
They can fix just about anything. They do every step in house, thats why they can turn the work out same day.
I love the fact that they can fix phones and tablets for about ½ the price of anywhere else.

I dropped my PS3 off here for repair, due to the fact that my PS3 wouldn’t turn on. I dropped it off on a Saturday around 10:30am, and they told me they would call me in a few hours and let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost. I never received a call that Saturday, and since they are closed on Sundays I had to wait until Monday to find out the status of my repair. When I called on that Monday, they told me that they did not find anything wrong with the system, and that it was working fine, so I came in that day to pick up my system. When I got there and asked them to show me that it was working fine, they plugged my PS3 in, but it still didn’t turn on! I left again without my PS3 and without an answer to what the problem was or how much it would cost. I didn’t get a call from them until Tuesday at 5:36pm (24 minutes before they close) telling me it was ready for pickup and the cost was $ 99. With such late notice, I was unable to make it their before they closed on Tuesday. Due to my work schedule I was able to pick it up on a Friday. Anyways, I wasn’t satisfied with their communication or customer service. I’ll go elsewhere for my next repair

These guys were super friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to replace the glass on my computer. They were also very reasonable — my repair was only $ 100. However, the adhesive they used to fix the glass is visible on the side of my computer, which is a bit unfortunate. Additionally, they didn’t call me when my computer was ready for pick up — I had to call them to see if it was done. They did a pretty good job, but I had some issues; hence, I’ve given them a three star rating.

good dudes, fair price, and awesome with Mac computer. I payed about 25% of what the Apple Store was charging.

Been here twice now to replace the glass on my Galaxy S4. I have been completely satisfied each time. Great work and about half the price of everyone else I called.

Taken my laptop and family computers in a couple of times. Great work, competitive prices, and super friendly staff willing to work with you and answer questions.
I liked this place so much they are helping me build my own PC for gaming. I’ll definitely provide more info on that once it’s done.

I’ve been here a couple of times… Their staff is friendly they tell you what the problem to your item might be (I’ve taken a PS3 and a laptop) their service is good and fast which is cool they get back to you usually the next day with your item’s problem and how much it will cost. Overall I’m happy with them I would give them 5 stars the only reason I won’t it’s because with my laptop they told me it was going to be $ 45 to clean it (which was causing it to shut down on itself) however, afterwards they told me that it was going to be $ 65 to clean it so I ended up paying $ 65 when they told me if it was only going to be cleaned it was going to be $ 45. But, like I say if I ever need anything I would still go with them!

I brought my computer in because of a virus. I used to have geek squad take care of my computers because I had purchased the year long plan yet they still charged me 100 bucks each time to back up my files. Advanced charged me less then that to fix my computer and it was done by the end of the same day where geek squad took 1 to 2 weeks.
I am going to advanced computer resources from now on for my computer problems.

Best Buy told me to throw it out, and HP Tech Support was even worst. As a last resort, I walked into ACR, and without saying a word, Brian (one of their technician) told me exactly what was wrong, and said «no problem, we can fix that». They did, and at the cost they estimated. My laptop is working, and I will ship any equipment that needs repair to these folks. Maybe Best Buy and HP Tech Support can hire these guys to train the useless people they had me talk to and totally waste my time both in the US and in India.

I’ve taken multiple laptops here to have fixed from viruses to fixing my wifi and install software. Close to home and reasonable prices, very timely as well. They also fix play stations Xbox wii cellphones and other misc. computer related items.
