I am shocked they stay in business. Go ahead and time your next oil change wherever your «normal place is.» Actually just time only up to them signing you in. Then time it at Sears auto center here in fond du lac… it probably takes 2 – 3 times as long!!! I would say if it weren’t for coupons that kept suckering me back, I should never go back here. About 50% of the time something goes wrong or they can’t figure out the computer. It took the kid 10 minutes to figure out if they replaced spark plugs or not!!! And during it all (and this happens often) he makes me wait to answer phone calls! Amazing. Have fun if you go.
