Built on four generations of dedicated service, D.R. Kohlman is proud to provide heating, air conditioning and ventilation services to residential and commercial customers across eastern Wisconsin. We install, service and repair all types of heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems. Kohlman Hardware, Heating and Tinning began when a small town hardware store was purchased by Frank Kohlman in 1913, then owned by Herman, Robert and most recently Douglas Kohlman. The original building was located in the middle of downtown and the company continues to be based in St. Cloud, Wisconsin. In 1970, a decision was made to specialize in heating, ventilation and air-​conditioning, and today our company employs thirteen full and part-​time team members. Our technicians receive specialized training through apprenticeship programs in sheet metal fabrication, pipe fitting, and heating and refrigeration service, as well as on-​site training at our equipment manufacturers? training centers. Kohlman, Inc. is proud to continue providing exceptional heating, air conditioning and ventilation services to customers across eastern Wisconsin with work ranging from small residential to complex commercial and design-​build projects.
