It also offers barbecue pork ribs, fish, entrees, club steak, chicken, pork chops, seafood, frog legs, cold shrimp, crabmeat, scallops, French fried lobster, saut ed lobster, and seafood platter. Blanck’s Lake Aire Supper Club also offers private parties and banquets for various occasions, such as weddings, receptions and corporate meetings. The restaurant offers outdoor facilities, patio, lounge and dining area.

The Blanck’s have roots dating back to 1952 when Bob and Hazel Blanck established a tavern in Johnsburg, WI. Today, their grandchildren have taken over the family tradition with Scott operating Blanck’s Lake Aire and cousins Mike and Vicki operating the Blanck’s Supper Club in Johnsburg.

In 1998, Dale Blanck opened Blanck’s lake aire supper club. His son Scott Blanck worked with him as a cook at the restaurant. In 2009 Dale Blanck passed away unexpectedly. His son Scott Blanck and manager Nichole Lallier took over shortly after. The two had dated since 2006 and finally in 2012 they were married. soon after they had a son Brantley Blanck.
