Subway

I used to be a regular here that was up until they refused to offer guacamole for sandwiches and go soft on their deluxe with very little meat for a deluxe but they do have friendly employees everytime so if you want guacamole and a good deluxe sandwich DON’T GO HERE but if you don’t want guacamole or a deluxe sandwich go here they still have a friendly staff of employees ready to make your sandwich ;)

These commenters on here are just the worst. I have gone to this subways many times over the last year and all the employees have been nothing but pleasant to me and all their other customers. Avocado has always been extra, maybe you are confusing this with some where else. To the one who got cold pastrami… if you didn’t stop them after they put the pastrami on, then you’re the idiot who got the order wrong. Don’t believe these commenters, this place is amazing and so Is the staff.

ALL employees seem to be YOUNG, extremely unprofessional, bubble headed, girls. Hmmmmmmm that’s weird. All rude as can be, in anyway possible especially with service, like have you ever tried smiling? Or is being respectful to the people that are there supporting your business paying your checks to much for these snobs. 0 stars. Screw this place. I’m drive clear to another subway I will never eat here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Asked for a not toasted Philly cheese steak and got a cold pastrami. YUCK. Poor customer service. Dirty.

Worker sneezed on the sandwich and then was only willing to replace the top piece of bread which had visible «snot» on it stating it did not land on any other part of the sandwich. She was obviously not educated that when you sneeze and do not even cover your mouth the spray covers a very large area thus contaminating the entire sandwich and workstation. Customer behind us asked for manager when worker did not replace entire sandwich and she stated she was the manger! We left without our sandwiches as did four other customers. Will never go here again!

I visited tonight (Feb 1^st) as I have many times before. I wanted one of the $ 5 February sandwiches. I ordered a veggie sandwich on flatbread. All went well until I requested avocado and was told there would be an additional charge. Since I have ordered the identical sandwich numerous times at this location and never been charged for the avocado, I asked for the manager. She, too, argued with me, suggesting that the restaurant had changed hands three years ago. Right, and I lived in Carmichael three years ago. She would not supply me with the owner’s contact information and told me to fill out an online survey. I did so and «won» a free cookie. Wow! I want some avocado (I believe it is a vegetable, although she was not too sure about that.) and I win an unwanted cookie. I went home, put my own avocado on my sandwich, filled out the online survey and vowed to tell my friends at CURVES and my FB friends that SUBWAY is unfriendly to vegetarians. Mayor Ed Koch would roll over in his grave, God rest his soul. I will not be back until SUBWAY begins to have more empathy with us vegans/​vegetarians.
