Styles For Less

This place is horrible. Came in today to make a specific purchase. Took me 2 minutes to find what I needed and get in line. Took another almost 15 minutes of standing in the store with no AC just to check out, because the one girl they had was *the slowest* cashier ever. — took her almost 10 of those minutes to check out ONE customer. Just one!!! Then, they make her sell every extra the store has «are you a styles for less VIP member?» «if you text this #, we’ll send you a coupon that’ll take 50 cents off your purchase.» Seriously, that actually happened.
There were other employees standing around and you’d think they would acknowledge your presence or offer an apology for the delay– nope. Never happened. Won’t be back. Ever.

Went in not expecting much but the clothes were cute. I noticed quite a few deals so I decided to purchase a regular priced Tshirt and 2 tshirts sitting in piles of all the same shirts on a table labeled buy 1 get 1 50% off. There was no itemized order before I handed over my cash, and I trusted the total she provided me with. After I received my receipt I mentioned that the 2 tshirts were on the buy 1 get 1 50% off but we had to wait for the manager to fix it. Once the manager got involved she said the shirts were not included in the deal only the leggings. There was nothing on the table nor in the store specifying that as fact. The manager said the only way for us (the customers) to know was for the employees to inform us, which no one did much of anything as far as assisting. I was already highly irritated with the false advertisement but what brought this down to a 1 star was the fact that when I wanted to return the shirts I was told I could only get store credit. So now I would be forced to keep money in a company that lies for the sell. I will never return to this establishment. The amount I overpaid wasn’t much but I do not appreciate being lied to and hussled. No, I would not refer this store to anyone.

Awful customer service, the clothes r cute.. But the workers dont make you feel welcomed at all

I would wear damn near EVERYTHING in this store. The music is punchy & energizing. The clothes are fantastic.
