Dr. Roth is an amazing dentist. Very experienced, personable, and does great veneers. He’s been so helpful from day one when I consulted with him about getting veneers to today when he fit me in last minute to patch up a minor crack and fixed my bite for the third time. Even my fiancé and 2 of my friends see him now. I hope to never have to find a new dentist.

Dr Roth has an amazing practice. From the time you walk into his office until you leave you are treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. His office has always been pristine and updated. Those are HUGELY important to me– nothing worse that a dr who is not super clean or up to date.
My whole family goes to him, even the kids prefer him over a pediatric dentist.

My husband and I needed a new dentist very badly. We had heard great things about Dr. Roth so we called and got set up for our first appointment. We couldn’t have felt more welcome! GREAT staff and very friendly. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and they helped watch her while we got our x-​rays done. I can’t wait to go back. Talent dentist, no doubt. I’d bet he’s the best in town. I went away from the practice for two years, and now I’m back. That’s how good he is.
As far as hearing sales pitches on god or veneers, I haven’t heard any since I’ve been back. If that continues, I’ll bump the review up to a five stars. It was a rough start and feels much more comfortable in the office now.
I’m glad to be back. He fixed a major blunder by another dentist, and kept my costs low. Thank you Dr Roth!

I go to smilecare dental in folsom for periodontist. Dr Aurora is AMAZING! Shelly is the office assistant and is incredible. She is very communicative which is the key for me!

Roth is UOP (Univ. of Pacific Dentistry School) trained — one of the best schools of Dentistry around.
I found his work to be throughout and his staff to be very competent and attentive.
The front desk is on it when it comes to insurance. They do all the numbers up-​front so that you have no surprises.
Not all dentist offices in folsom are equal. Finding a quality dentist with the support staff equally as good is really the trick.

Dr. Roth is like «the company dentist», a bunch of folks from work go to him. We all go based on recommendations from our fellow co-​workers. My wife, son and I have been going to Dr. Roth for years, for all our major and minor dental needs. The staff is friendly and professional and always willing to accommodate our schedule. They recently «teched-​up» with cool text reminders about appointments. Let’s face it, not many people really like to go to the dentist, but Dr. Roth and his staff make it the best experience it can be.

I’ve had a cracked tooth that needed a crown and several cavities. Dr. Roth took care of all of it with maximum comfort! It’s been several years since my first treatment and I’ve had no issues!

Today was our first visit with Dr. Roth. I was impressed with the professionalism and high tech office. While my daughter was impressed with the massage chair and the game room, I was focused in on the great customer service and care she received. We had a slight insurance issue which was handled immediately and professionally. I appreciate an office that understands that my time is precious and has the courtesy to keep things running on time!

Doctor Roth and his entire staff are friendly and very professional. I know my smile is in good hands with this group! I have followed Dr. Roth to wherever his offices were. I now live and work downtown but choose to drive the distance to see my dentist in Folsom –He’s worth it!
Several years ago Dr. Roth installed my first ever crown. At my 6 month cleaning after that, Dr. Roth was not available and Dr. Judd said that I needed a root canal on the same tooth and needed to come up with a couple thousand for the procedure. I decided to wait as I was not in any pain. 6 months later I saw Dr. Roth again and told him about the root canal and he said I didn’t need one. It’s been over 6 years and I still haven’t had that root canal that Dr. Judd said I needed!

I am a HUGE fan of Dr. Sean Roth in Folsom. I have recommended him to all of my friends and co-​workers and there isn’t one who hasn’t loved him and his staff. My husband hates dentists and he even agrees that this is the best office he has ever been to.
I have had crowns, venneers, deep root cleansing, you name it and Dr. Roth takes extra care to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed while I am there. As for previous review, all I have to say is that you need to communicate with any doctor or dentist to let them know your thresold of pain and any type of treatment you need or expect.
The office staff is professional and friendly and I never have problems with insurance billing.

A mix of the worst and best of a dentist is what you will find with Sean Roth. Our experience began with the installation of a set of ten temporary Veneers. While this is a common procedure, Dr. Roth managed to cause my wife excessive pain during this procedure as he was unable to provide the correct amount of Novocain to properly numb my wife’s mouth. He ended up giving her 5 or 6 different injections to reach the sufficient level of anesthesia to perform the procedure. Dr. Roth did such a poor job with the procedure, that the temporaries would not stay on causing my wife extreme pain when she drank or tried to eat something for three weeks. Of course, we called Dr. Roth immediately to rectify the situation, but he was unavailable (he said he was not feeling well) and my wife was made to wait two weeks with excruciating pain before the proper adhesive was applied to hold the temporary teeth in place to wait the remainig ten days when the Permanent Veneers would be ready for installation. When the permanent Veneers arrived, Dr. Roth struggled to find the right combination of anesthesia to perform the procedure to remove the temporary Veneers. Once again, he caused my wife severe pain. The installation of the permanent Veneers went reasonably well and even though we feared for days after the installation that the permanent Veneers would fall out, they have stayed in place. Well, now our story takes another twist, highlighting more of the lack of required dental skill Dr. Roth does not possess. Within a week, my wife began experiencing pain in one of her crowns situated next to the recently installed Veneers. We initially thought that the pain was a new cavity. Some time passed before my wife was able to muster the strength to return to the dentist office to have the painful tooth examined. My wife is now terrified of dentists after he experience with Dr. Roth. My wife chose not to return to Dr. Roth as she feared he was incompetent and did not trust his work based on the experiences explained above. The good dentist in this story, Dr. Lynn Judd, immediately recognized there was a large gap where one was not supposed to be because Dr. Roth did not seat the Crown properly. Dr. Judd told us we needed to go back to Dr. Roth to fix it. We told Dr. Judd that we would never let Dr. Roth near us again and that we wanted Dr. Judd to fix the improperly seated crown for us. Dr. Roth never took responsibility for his previous poor workmanship, worse yet, he was very arrogant, rude and non-​caring attitude was a form of unacceptable abuse.
