Let me start by saying I am terrified of the dentist, this team has helped me somewhat overcome those fears. I went in for a cleaning, x-​ray, check up after a good four or five years of avoiding all dental work. Not only were they kind and understanding, they didn’t give me a big lecture as every other dentist probably would have. It turned out I had a few cavities to fill and had to have my wisdom teeth removed as well. They scheduled me in quickly and within 3 weeks from my original appointment all dental work was done. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, the whole process took about an hour and a half from start to finish. There was no swelling or pain at all after my extraction, and the dentist called to check up on me to give me her personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns. My boyfriend uses this office and now my sister is coming up from out of town to get her dental work done here as well. They are the best dental team.

Our family has been going to Apex Dental, Purvi Shah for many years. I would highly recommend her for a new dentist for yourself or entire family. Heather will get you just the appointment you need, and will remind you if you forget! No matter if it’s Cleaning, Extraction, Crowns etc, you can be at ease knowing Dr. Shah will will do a awesome job. Belive me, I have had many things done and I always admire their professionalism and friendly atmosphere. We will continue to keep Dr. Shah for all our dental needs!

My family has been going to Apex Dental for several years now after going to one of those dental center places where they tried to tell my husband he needed something complicated and as it turned out (after going to Dr. Shah for a second opinion), he just needed a filling. We love going to their office because the entire staff is personable, kind, and professional. They are also open a couple of Saturdays a month and are really flexible when we need appointments. My kids don’t even mind going because because they have a playroom and dvd player. Every single time we have gone to Dr. Shah, we are confident we have gotten an excellent cleaning and straight up recommendation of what we need or do not need. Even when my family moved to the Bay Area for a year, we still kept Apex as our dental office and made special trips for routine appointments.

I just had crown placed by this doctor. Easy to work with, very flexible, economical. they work with youw budget .easy to make apt .she did a very good job .the good thing I like is they don’t force or pressurized for any treatment..

Dr. Shah has been amazing from day 1. She took me in on an emergency 11 years ago and have been to her ever since. She now takes care of my husband & my 2 girls teeth too. I highly recommend her and her staff is amazing. They are gentle and understanding. They are also so good at following up to make sure you are satisfied with their work.

I just had crown put on my front tooth by dr shah did great job. Iam very pleased with the result.
I was very nervous & scared since this is my front tooth but they made me very comfortable in the chair, i could watch Movie during the procedure that took my attention away from the drilling noice.
They explain that ins coveres certain percentage & i have to pay certain which was very straight foward. My cousine works for inell & for them also she made it very easy dr shah is in the net work for Inel Delta .
Even though i moved away temporarily from the area, i stil go as they have Saturday apt & also now they have Hygienist on some Days including Saturdays.
My brother broke his tooth few years ago & she came on a holiday to help that was very nice of her.

My family has been going to Dr. Purvi Shah since 2006 and we will continue to do so in the future. We really enjoy the service there because everyone is very professional while also being incredibly friendly. They take good care .l just had cap put on by her last month on my broken tooth she did pretty good job & only thing I had pay is less then $ 200 my ins covers most of it.

Dr shah is wonderful. very friendly staff & they are very professional. Very economical. They have all the high tech camera & they showed me all my cavities on the camera & also did a great job on all my crowns & Root canals. got me out of pain when i had severe pain. they gave me apt very quickly. staff is nice, They make it a breeze for the Intel people & state people. They don’t have to pay a lot. Front lady is very nice always make us comfortable & always put a movie for us & that help me a lot. you will never feel pressure foe any treatment. Their hygienist very friendly she did my deep cleaning & my gums stopped bleeding completely. My family is very happy for their services.

We have been a pt with dr. shah for few years .she has saved my teeth from becoming root canal. My kids just loved to go there as they love to watch the movie. we never felt any pressure to do any treatment & we were never overcharged for any treatment. My brother works for Intel & they make a breeze for them.
Amazing thing is when I had wisdom tooth pulled by oral surgeon & then I had severe pain for 10 days she helped putting some medicine for at least 5 to 6 times even though she did not pull the Tooth without any charge. She always made me accommodated according to my schedule .who would really come on even Sunday to help without charging. Last time I went for the cleaning I went a day earlier it was my mistake but the hygienist was very nice & they accommodated me on that day.

I saw Dr Shah in March for extensive dental work. My best friend saw Dr Shah today, and both of us had such a positive experience that I will bring my son in for a cleaning. Dr Shah is the first dentist we’ve met in a long time that is Human first, Dentist second. We were charged an extremely fair price, and believe me, I comparison shopped. Her staff is kind, and her office is sparkling clean. But. The great part was that I never felt like she was talking down to me. As fearful patients go, I’m at the top of the scale. But, Dr Shah made me comfortable for multiple extractions. That says it all.

I had a horrible experience here. I went for a root canal and opted for one of the most expensive 100% porcelain crown for my front teeth. This crown was recommended by the doctor and since its for my front tooth I went for it. She charged me about $ 1500 for the root canal and crowning and also charged my insurance $ 1500.
After about an year the crown broke and she replaced it with another crown for which I had to pay. During the procedure she filed my front tooth so much that there’s barely anything there. She did an extremely bad job and now it feels that a round pebble is in my mouth, like something stuck in my mouth. She also did not match the color of the crown with the rest of my front teeth and as a result this crown stands out and is very noticeable when I open my mouth. The dentist told me that you will get used to it but I have been trying to get used to for 2 years. Furthermore recently I had pain in that tooth and was told by another dentist that she did not do the root canal properly and one vein/​gap was not filled and that has resulted in infection coming up again. I later came to know a lot of people whose root canal was done badly by this dentist.
The front office staff is great but do not let that fool you to get an appointment. I will repent this for life but I do not want others to face the same nightmarish experience as I have.
If I could have given this dental practice negative stars then I would have.

Dr. Purvi is very lovable and caring person. She takes cares of her patients well
