Nike Factory Store

i am happy that the staff was able to help me ordered two pairs of shoes. they were polite and professional. i already knew that sometimes when an outlet store is busy they won’t take phone orders, and they had told me to call during times which were not as busy, so i did, and they helped me out big time.
they were able to ship the two pairs of shoes to me very quickly. it is even quicker than ordering from
so i was surprised.
just minus one star because they would actually turn away a paying customer even tho i had told them that i am ready to order the first time i called. i just wished i didn’t have to wait to call a second time!

You would think a HUGE company like Nike would at least get their times right for opening… Shows as 9am so I show up at 940 and its locked (not open until 10)… Pretty lame

Poor customer service I was so disappointed by the customer service, It seemed like the person who was charging me didn’t wanted to be at work or didn’t like his job. This was my first time going to that nike outlet, i wasn’t expecting that.

Overwhelming. Busy store. Lots of sales. Semi-​chaotic.
I didn’t get to check out the ladies shoe section because it was way crowded. Lots of people in line, lots of employees helping customers (kudos) but just too overwhelming for me!
I would have to come on a non-​weekend day to get a better look at merchandise. The clearance section for ladies seemed OK but I didn’t find anything right off the bat.
Clean, aisles were not too wide for strollers, lots of merchandise everywhere.

I am not one to need to have the latest of anything and I really don’t care who makes my stuff if I think it’s well made and pretty. Nike is the exception. I really love their sneakers. I think they are well made. They fit perfectly and paying a little more for sneakers here is no big deal because they are very durable. When my kids need sneakers this is where I come most of the time unless they spot something elsewhere that they like but as experience has shown me, I end up here anyway because no other sneaker even comes close to staying nice for as long as Nike sneakers do.
My middle son goes through sneakers like crazy and these have proven again and again that they can withstand what my son puts them through. So I pay a little more than I would for a lot of other sneakers but the savings are incredible when they last twice as long as any other.

Place is always crowded. Customer service is not always on point. And the selection is extremely repetitive… But even with that I still come back because when you see a good deal it makes it worth it. I came in the store around 1pm today and I was having trouble finding ANYTHING on the floor in my sons size. So a young lady named Karissa I believe. Went in the back room and pulled everything in his size for me… literally every box they had in every style she brought out. Great customer service. I don’t know if she is a seasonal employee but if she is… she deserves a perm position. I would give this location 3 stars but i gave 4 because of the effort on her part.

the customer service was ok but they didnt sound upbeat or happy. they had a wonderful selection of shoes! But the selection of volleyball shorts were terrible! Also there wasnt many youth selections either everything was super expensive too!

Always great prices for you are sportswear for running working out or just daily tire everything’s always on sale for half off its a must place

I actually had to wait in a line to get in this Sunday. There was no new shoe release, but a line to get in. It MAY have been because back to school shopping, but a lot of the people in line didn’t seem like they were shopping for kids.
Anyway the selection is good, but honestly the pricing is not really spectacular for an outlet store. I get that Nike doesn’t price itself as cheap, but considering a lot of the items are outlet items… I would think more of a discount.
The clothes are reasonable quality, but still more then I’d want to pay for a shirt that says something witty… about fitness or winning.
There is really no place to sit and try on shoes. 1 small spot in the middle, but seems to always be occupied by kids and or grandparents who are waiting.
A cool concept they have is socks to try on the shoes – like almost close to the real thing, but I don’t know if people actually discard it afterwards. There was no sign to make it clear and I saw somebody put a pair back into the bin – gross.
Overall 3 stars for this experience because I overheard the staff complaining about the hours and random things while I was nearby them and it was weird hearing that while I’m shopping.

It’s a pretty nice store. And the prices for short and t-​shirts were just right for me. They pretty much have any kind of appeal you need when it comes to sports. It’s the only Nike store around Roseville and Folsom. The Nike store is the only place I pretty much shop at when I go to this outlet.

If I could give a negative star, I would. My husband and I stepped foot in here today… And we won’t be back.
There were about 6 employees talking and laughing and obviously too busy to greet us when we walked in.
As we wandered around the store, coming into contact with about 4 other employees, nobody said hello or asked if we needed help or even made eye contact. There we also 2 employees at the back, facing the wall and carrying on a conversation. I didn’t realize Nike pays their employees to socialize instead of help guests. It was like we were invisible…
Our money must have also been invisible, so we left.

I absolutely love NIKE! From the shoes, to the Polo shirts, to the basketball shorts, to the sunglasses, to the fuel bands, to the sweatbands, to the shoe laces… I love everything. I am a huge kobe fan and when I came they had a pretty good selection of KB24 selection.
This factory store has plenty of merchandise and it usually has a lot in stock. Often, they have sales such as 20 – 50 percent off merchandise…
However, shoes aren’t as marked down as much as clothing.
But I love coming here… The employees are cool, real chill and willing to help. I can always start up a conversation regarding kicks or sporting events because they most likely will have the same interests as you.
They have a basketball section, to a golf section, to baseball, to football, to Jordan brand. I love the accessory section as well… Includes shoe laces, sweatbands, too slap reflector bracelets.
They have dope women’s merchandise too! Nice colors and a variety of shoes and clothes!
It’s so tempting to BUY everything… But I got to limit myself… If I cop a pair of kicks, then I got to cop a matching shirt and shorts! It adds up!!!
Nike is a must see if you visit Folsom premium outlets!

I came to the Nike Factory Outlet with a few friends to look for a jacket for one of them because her Aunt works for Nike so she gets something crazy like an additional 30% off. I thought that the prices were pretty good anyways, but I don’t usually buy Nike so I’m no expert by any stretch of the imagination. They seemed to have a lot of extra sales and additional discounts.
The store is rather large inside and they had a good selection of women’s apparel, men’s apparel, shoes and accessories. My favorite part of the store was their San Francisco Giants Nike Clothing. Unfortunately they only had them for men, but some of the sweatshirts could work out for women as well. It was just nice to see them in the first place!
There weren’t too many employees walking around the store to help customers, but there were a bunch at the front registers because they were pretty busy for a Saturday night. I would come back if I was in need of some clothes or shoes to exercise in.

Went up there last week. They don’t stock Nike Air Max 2012, 2013, or 2014s. Girl tried to sell me some POS Jordans with an Air Max bubble.
Drove to footlocker and picked up the 2014 Air Max… wont be driving up here anymore since they don’t carry the flagship shoe.

If you are looking for a screaming good deal on ladies work out gear – go here!
They are a better store and outlet location than the location in Vacaville– that’s for sure.
Even on a crazy busy weekend before school starts, the staff is willing to help and share work out tips.

This place is cool to come and stock up on the basics. Basic tees, shorts, capris, and black nike free runs which everyone probably has & if they don’t they should get. Don’t come here hoping to find the leggings you’ve had your eye on, or a unique sports bra at a good price.

Just scored on five Pairs of shoes and they where 20 percent off. I really love this store.

Normally the Nike Outlet store is a pretty soldi godd buy and four start experience. When they have Holiday sales like Christmas and others that clearance prices get chopped 30% I’m all in. % pairs of mens shoes, average price $ 20. High tops, cross train, running (walking) BOOM! Be careful you can spend full price here and 100’s per pair, but Promise, clearance only, only when further slashed!

So I am sure that the staff cringes when our family makes our about quarterly visits to Folsom Nike Outlet to refit our giant like toddlers for much needed new shoes! I am always super pumped to go but then reality sets in and I am chasing little monsters in a crowded store wishing I was trying on running shorts and hoodies. Who wears shorts with hoodies you ask?! Uh, ME! I am from California and that’s how we roll.
Staff is very attentive, not pushy and easy to get help from. We always walk out with at least shoes for 2 out of 4 of us, if not more. I like getting the kids shoes here because they are stylish, supportive, comfortable, and a great quality. The outlet prices are hard to beat! I mean I would spend the same amount of money on a pair of tennies from Target. No contest, I will chose some Nikes for my future NFL’er anytime and twice on Sunday. Well, no shopping on Sunday, that’s game day.
I could easily find an outfit here in 5 minutes! Great selection of running/​workout gear, weekend wear and the like. You can even review your visit on your receipt and get $ 5 off your next purchase. Holiday weekends tend to bring larger sales. If you don’t live close, just call them and see if they are having a special sale and it is probably worth your while to head out!
If you don’t feel like hitting the whole «mall» just park by McDonalds and you can be in& out of Nike faster that you can say JUST DO IT.
I will bump them to 5 stars once there is a little more room to breathe…

Bought some shirts. They are crowded and because of some many customers, they are also messy. At least they were when I was there.
They do have a lot of sales. Lots of cool workout clothes and the workers were extremely helpful if you are looking for anything in particular. The workout clothes are stylish and they also got some really nice workout shoes too.
