Early Toast is family owned and operated, our objective is to provide outstanding customer service, and give customer a varity so the whole family can enjoy the meal together. We have great Wines, Champagne and Mimosa but also a good items for kids we are geared to service and support or community.

This all started with a dream.

We wanted to present breakfast in an upscale fashion. There was a breakfast place in Folsom called Grandma’s Kitchen that never really took off. After aquiring it, we changed it completely — created a breakfast menu complete with mimosas and drinks.

After opening Mario’s Early Toast (formerly Early Toast) at its Folsom location in 2007, Mario Astorga has been on a mission to provide top quality menu items and excellent service. All of the restaurant’s produce is delivered fresh daily and menu items are made from scratch when ordered. Even the orange juice is hand squeezed.

We go so far as to roast our own granola. You’ll never see whole tomatoes coming from a can; We bake and peel them here ourselves.

Mario Astorga founder of the original Early Toast has been in the restaurant business for most of his life. He plans to expand his concepts of bringing communities together through the joy of great service and great food.
