I am a Mortgage Loan Advisor focused on helping homeowners buying in the Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado Counties since 2003. As a direct lender, we have access to FHA, USDA, VA, Investor, Conventional, and Private Money Loans in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn, Folsom, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, and Sacramento areas.

Kevin and his team are definitely «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» This is a company that really knows the industry and takes the time to know their clients as well. This combination enables them to put the best loan package together for each individual client. They are quick to respond to emails, texts, or phone calls and are as professional as it gets. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
In my situation, we were attempting to buy a house only 2 years after a short sale. Kevin advised us this would be difficult, so we made the terrible mistake of going with a different broker who just told us what we wanted to hear. When this broker left us hanging with no loan on day 29 of our 30 day escrow, Kevin and his team swept in to save the day. We were able to extend escrow by another 30 days while Iron Point Mortgage worked tirelessly to bail us out — and they did it all with a happy attitude and no «I told you so.»
These outstanding professionals went above and beyond to meet deadlines and secure reliable funding for us. Sarah would bring papers to our house or business for signatures. She also did a great job at keeping us updated via email and text message. You can only imagine how stressed out we were after the first loan fell through, but Sarah’s calming influence kept us grounded and Kevin’s optimism kept us hopeful. When we finally closed, we had Kevin and Sarah over for dinner to show our appreciation. They are great people as well as great brokers.
We are already planning to refinance our house with Iron Point Mortgage once the short sale falls off our credit.

I called several lenders to find out if I could qualify for a loan for an investment property. I called big banks, and big name mortgage companies. I could not find a lender who thought I could qualify for the loan. Then I called Kevin. Kevin found a way that would allow me to get the loan. He is an excellent communicator, and took the time to understand my specific needs. He and his assistant, Beth, were very helpful in helping me with the paper work. I am impressed with the excellent customer service. Kevin worked extra hard the day after New Years Day, to give me my loan approval so that I could make an offer on the property. When I told Kevin that I was unable to buy the property I felt bad, after he had done so much work for me. But he replied very graciously and thanked me for working with him. I hope to work with him in future real estate transactions.

I met Kevin a few months ago after being referred to him by another colleague and have gotten to know him quite well. Several weeks ago, I referred him to one of my clients who I have known for the past ten years and consider to be as close as family.
