Kelly’s Fab Wax

Now that I have found Kelly I’m never going anywhere else. She is very friendly, easy going and explains things down to the simplest form for special people like myself. I am naturally super awkward and she makes you feel very comfortable and not at all weird. It hurts but the pain is temporary and the results are completely worth it if you hate to shave. I’m definitely a lifer and will keep going back!

I just finished my first bikini wax with Kelly. Jelly turned a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation into a fun and easy experience. Jelly is very fast and made me feel so comfortable. Her shop is decorated very nicely and clean.
The is my first time with a wax and I will defiantly be back. Thank you jelly I will recommend all my friends.

I was a wax virgin the first time I visited Kelly. She made me so comfortable and figuratively held my hand through the whole process. Her sweet personality and sincere desire to help you and make sure you are happy makes the whole process painless (well, as painless as a wax can be. Which is, well, you know.)
She uses a soft hot wax which peels off smoothly, and doesn’t leave a super sticky residue. Her knowledge on what works for different people is amazing… I’m allergic to most products, and she was quickly able to help me with some after care options.
I’m the sort of client that will follow a stylist from location to location, over long distances. (I went back to Burlingame to my hair stylist at Trio for over a year after I moved to the Sac area!) As long as Kelly is within a reasonable drive time from me, she’s not getting rid of me as a client! (Hope she’s okay with that…)

Kelli is great at what she does! After having a hard time finding an esthetician that I felt actually did a thorough job, I found Kelli. Not only was she thorough, she impressed me with her knowledge in skin care and the newest trends in product. Additionally, I LOVE the super soft wax that she uses, and will never go back to a commercialized center where I am just another number. If you are looking for friendly, honest, quality service ALWAYS done with a smile, go visit Kelli!

I don’t usually like to post a review for a service or business right away, I often feel that the feeling of excitement you get from great service, or the anger and disappointment you get from bad service really taints a review – it is hard to give a truly honest review when emotions are that high. However, this time I just can’t stop thinking about the great experience I had with Kelly, and I cannot wait to write a review!
I received my first service from Kelly today… a brazilian wax, although not my first one ever. I usually go to European Wax Center, which I would still recommend, as they are definitely clean and their process is as painless as it can possibly be. Kelly operates the same way, but I like her a lot better… probably because it is more personable with her!
Her «room» is in the back of Echelon Salon, walk in and it’s right in the back. She is so incredibly friendly and bubbly and just fun! I have had a great experience being waxed before, and some not as great. Some women I have had fun conversations with, but none made me laugh like Kelly! She makes it just as painless as European Wax Center, so if you have experience going there, you will love her. If you don’t, you’ll love her anyways, because she can only make it as comfortable as it can be, if you know what I mean! ;) I asked her about facials, as I have never had one, and she didn’t try to push it on me or sell anything on me, just educated me on why it is beneficial, and how it is something I can do as frequently as I wish, it is all about learning about my skin. I love her honesty, her desire to educate her clients, and just her all around great service and business practices. Not to mention she was extremely precise, getting every hair, and showing me how to take care of ingrown hairs before they get to be a problem! I was so impressed with the level of service I received and it was just an all around great experience! I should also mention I was a Groupon customer and was unsure what to expect, as I have heard that some Groupon customers are treated less than other customers (not here, just in general), but that was not at all the case. I think I have found someone I am going to be sticking with for as long as possible! I suggest you try her too!

I had to find a new esthetician as my old one became a stary home mom, as for any of you who have been in this prediciment you know its a some what challenging situation. Well I went on the hunt for a new esthetician/wax“er” and on groupon found Kelly. Bought the groupon and today I had my first appointment with her and let me say SHE IS AWESOME! She makes you feel comfortable, gets the job done and def knows her stuff! ;) She is VERY friendly and has a great personality! I am def going to be a continuing customer and recommend her to anyone who wants a good esthetician

I have been using Kelly’s services for a year now and can happily say it doesn’t get any better than her. I am always extremely satisfied with the results and with her professional attitude and approach. She is incredibly friendly and it’s always easy to feel completely comfortable in her presence. Her bubbly personality makes waxing as painless as it could possibly be. Kelly is always flexible with her schedule, accommodating and punctual. She uses the best new products for all of her clients to ensure the best results every time and everything is very reasonably priced. I really lucked out finding her and she comes very highly recommended.

I had a waxing done. I was impressed with how little pain there was– and no bruising or pain still. I have had bikini waxes before and you know when someone does it the right way– she does a great job. Of course she uses the right wax too. Atmosphere was pleasant. The other plus is that her prices are better than most places out there. I would definitely go to her again.
