So today i decided to try DJ’s, a little over priced but since I’m in the food court several days a week anyway I though why not! I ordered a burger and fries with a soda, like i said i probably won’t go often because of the cost but the two guys that were working were great! They were upbeat happy and very polite! My food tool about 15 minutes which seemed about right for fresh made! Everything tasted great! I will go back just when i can afford to spend $ 10-$ 13 dollars my dinner!

If your at the outlets and pass this place keep going. No one at the counter when I ordered and took almost a half hour to get a burger and fries that was not worth the wait. Greasy bun, frozen patty that tastes like it has freezer burn

Can we give 0 stars? Horrible. I ordered the clam chowder bread bowl and garlic fries. Not only did we have to wait around 20min even though they weren’t very busy, the bread is so hard and stale my mouth still hurts from trying to bite and chew on this thing. Also, the fries were completely cold. We asked for a fresh batch and she came back 5 minutes later with the same fries only re-dipped in oil and another scoop of garlic on top of them. Seriously stay away from this place. I can’t believe they’re still in business. And can someone please get somebody to wipe some tables out here?

The worst. I wanted to order a combo but instead of a fountain drink I wanted a fountain lemonade. Price is not the issue I just don’t like soda. I was told no. So as I was standing there trying to decide if I wanted fries or not the rude employee informs me that the other food stands are open. I own a business if my employees ever told a guest«my competitors are open» as if inviting my business elsewhere, I would fire them on the spot. Guess I will try your competitors thank you.

Let me regale you with a story… So I was shopping and needed food and so went to the food court this is in. In this food court is a pretzel place, a taco bell, a coffee place and DJs. Since I needed actual food not a pretzel I had to choose between Taco Bell and DJs… I chose poorly. My mom and I ordered a Turkey Avocado and a Cheesesteak. Then we waited. Let me preface that by saying there was no one in line ahead of us, there was no one visibly waiting for food, we were as far as we could tell the only diners at DJs at the time. So we figured a couple of sandwiches should be easy enough even if my cheesesteak took a few minutes on the griddle. I thought the prices were a bit high(~ $ 8 per sandwich) but I figured they were likely larger and the menu descriptions sounded quite good. Then we waited… and waited… and waited a bit more. About 20 minutes later another customer was up asking for a refund because of her wait while they brought up our order. Never a good sign but what happened next just blew my mind. Literally as I am reaching for our tray of food the employee takes our turkey avocado off the tray! I am not kidding here. It seems the irate customer had ordered the same sandwich and this employee was quite literally robbing Peter to pay Paul and was going to give this woman our sandwich. The customer was mortified and said she did’t want it, that we had ordered first and looked at me with this mix of shock and apology. It took both myself AND this second customer telling this employee to give me my goddamn sandwich among the employee simply saying over and over«oh we can just make him another one» for her to finally relent and give me my goddamn food which she had to go get from the back again since she TOOKITOFFMYTRAY. They did nothing to make me feel any better about his but after that exchange and now being quite hungry all I wanted was to eat. The food was just poor. The lunchmeat was dry and bland, the avocado was discolored meaning it had been open and was probably on day 2 – 3 of it’s life. The cheesesteak was a solid mass of lukewarm food that did not even reach the outside of the bread. Something I noticed that is likely the cause of a lot of these problems. The same crew of 3 – 4 people works at ALL of the places in the food court. I saw employees in Taco Bell attire working the coffee and pretzel booth. I saw people walk into the back of Taco Bell and come out from behind DJs it is not uncommon to have those places share a back area for deliveries and maybe common storage but they seldom share employees. This means that as Taco Bell gets Busy DJs suffers. Everyone seemed to be wearing some kind of Taco Bell apparel so I would imagine they took care of TB needs first and other stores as a secondary concern.

I would want to give them a rating of 0 if Unilocal allowed it. Poor service, low quality food, and too pricey. Not coming back again. Save your money and go yo Taco Bell next door.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Service, horrible. Girls at the front counter literally standing there watching customers walk by and then whispering eat each other. Smile, wouldn’t hurt. Maybe you’d actually get more customers? Panini and fries. The fries had a fishy taste to them. Yet NO fish on their menu. Maybe this oil needs to be changed out? Panini was nothing to rave about. Honestly with the service and funny tasting food, it’s better at Taco Bell and it Pretzelmaker. They were VERY nice at the Pretzel place.

Not much to say, other than: This place sucks. Portions are small. Food is average. Staff albeit nice, seem apathetic, unenthusiastic and wear dirty clothes. They waddle around everywhere. No sense of urgency. And this really takes the cake(hopefully they don’t serve it): They don’t even have«To-Go» containers. I mean… really?! I’m not a diva when it comes to places, but i’ve been to a dozen food courts or more in all different corners of the country, and I think a carnival stand could probably be swapped out for this one and nobody would know the difference. If you get the Groupon, you’ll be doing yourself a favor. You’ll do yourself another favor by never going back once you use all of it.

I think Taco Bell would’ve been the better choice and I don’t even like Taco Bell… $ 17 for a sandwich, small fries and a bottle of beer. The food is very low quality. I wasn’t expecting much but this was worse than I thought it’d be. The girl that took my order was nice but it seems like the rest of the staff was on their break. Do yourself a favor… Drive somewhere else to eat or starve. Seriously.

One star because Unilocal wouldn’t let me put zero. Boca burger dry and plain. They used greens in the salads that were slimy. Produce not fresh. Employees are grungy highschool students that have not been trained. Good thing we only came here to use a groupon because it is def overpriced for the quality.

Order’d the Philly cheese steak, the meat was dry and then they charge you $ 2 if you want a dinky little tomato and last weeks lettuce on it, want fries and a drink with that for $ 2? All in all you pay $ 12 for a $ 4 sandwich. Won’t be eating here again!

Long overdue review. Came here and ordered my son some chicken strips and fries. Got myself taco bell thankfully. Waited 15 minutes with barely anyone there. After finally ready they offered me no sauce. I asked for ranch they give me one with an annoyed stare. The food was hard, burnt, and dry. The fries looked just like Suzanne F’s. My son ate a little but then stole my taco bell pizza so I swallowed his food down. It was edible but definitely no treat for the $ 6.99 I paid. They need to try cooking the food at lower temps and changing the oil. I wonder how the other food is but most likely won’t be back

Had the club burger. It was over cooked and dry. To bad was looking forward to it. I can say it was a bug burger and it did fill me up.

Bought the Groupon for this place and boy was I disappointed. First of all the girl at the counter had no idea how to process a Groupon and wasn’t going to let me use it until I persisted. Then we waited for a long time only to be told that our order hasn’t been processed so we had to wait even longer. Pretty sure the fry oil hadn’t been changed for awhile as the chicken strips and fries came out a dark brown color. The fries looked and tasted so bad that even our kids wouldn’t eat them. The only good thing about the place was the hard working young cook who was trying his best. Even with a Groupon this place isn’t worth it. We wished we’d eaten at the Taco Bell in the same food court!

If I could give it «0», I would. Never have I rated any place a 1. Here’s why DJ’s Grill and Deli EARNED it. 1. Horrible customer service. Completely disorganized. The cashier is yellin’ the order to the guy at the grill. My mom ordered ½ sandwich, ½ salad. He doesn’t ask what kind of salad, so the ‘chef’ yells, «What kind of salad?!» …My Mom asked for the chicken sandwich WITHOUT dijon mustard on it. — I ordered the monterey chicken burger, add tomatoes and onions. 2. The guy finished ringing us up and I say, «Can I get my bottled water?» He says, «Oh yah, sure!» Then he tells my Mom, «You can wait for your fountain drink when your food is served.» There was ONE person behind us waiting to order. 2. We wait a good 20 minutes for our order. There were 2 people ahead of us.(A Mom who got her little boy a hot dog. And a couple who both ordered chicken sandwiches.) 3. We get our food and it’s a MESS. My sandwich doesn’t have any tomatoes or onions. So the ‘chef’ slaps them on a plate and hands it to me. The side of ranch I asked for is nowhere in sight, so I ask for that. My Mom’s salad has NO dressing on it. I ask, «Is there Caesar dressing on this salad?» The chef looks annoyed(lol — unreal!), gets the cup of caesar dressing and adds it to the tray. I then say, «My Mom has yet to get her drink.» Chef says, «What size?» I said, «LARGE.»(Least he could’ve done was assumed that and done it as a «I’m sorry we suck» gesture.) I then notice my Mom’s sandwich has dijon mustard on it. Ugh! I tell him, «I’ll see if she’ll eat it anyways.»(My Mom did because we were so hungry. She wiped off as much as she could with a napkin.) 4. We both ordered wheat buns/bread, we got white.(We were hungry and tired of waiting) 5. The food was terrible. Sometimes you’re SO hungry you could eat a junebug and it would taste good. Not the case. We ate what we needed in order to satiate our hunger, then left, and cooked when we got home. We didn’t expect anything extravagant in going to DJ’s Diner and Grill in the outlets. But we also didn’t expect horrible customer service on top of a messed up order(with no ‘sorry about that’ whatsoever), and then horrible food. You can guarantee we’ll be making plans to eat OUTSIDE of the outlets from now on! But we saw DJ’s Diner and Grill, the menu looked good, and we gave it a whirl… Live n’ learn… ;)

Quite disorganized and a pretty subpar burger. It took over twenty minutes to get a burger and corndog, and there were four employees working. The burger was their Bacon and Bleu Signature Burger. It was very small for its expensive price(6.99). The burger was overcooked as was the bacon. The tomato was very small, there was one sliver of red onion, the lettuce was yellow. They did not skimp on the bleu cheese and thankfully there was not too much mayo. The fries were bland. I will say the sandwiches looked tasty and they had a continuous string of people and the staff was friendly. If they would like to keep the price point at 6.99 they have to bring an «A» game burger.

As usual, I disagree and cannot believe the reviews my fellow Unilocalers are saying about this place. Of all my burger adventures, this is one of THEWORST(let me repeat that, THEWORSE!!!) burgers I have ever ate. I had the French burger, which came with au jois and cheddar. I enjoyed the au jois idea but unfortunately, the burger itself was very disappointing. I don’t know if they were trying to go for a healthy version or not(and by the way the employees looked, I think the answer is not). Just a tad of salt to season the burger might have done wonders to it, but instead it was plain Jane(no offense to any Jane out there). My daughter who had the club burger, which came with Bacon and a slice of land o frost ham or something, also agreed that her burger was the worse she ever had and coming from her, that is a big statement since she is the reason why I have to be dragged every weekend to find a new burger joint for us to try out. I mean this place was so bad, she only was able to eat a quarter of the burger, and I stopped eating just to write this review. If I had to compare this to another establishment, I would say their burgers are par with the burger I was crazy enough to try at the greyhound station once(I wasn’t kidding at the beginning about our burger adventures). So for all u burger connoisseurs out there, try it if u must but u were warned. P. s. their fries are also plain Jane…

good not great I should have turned around and left when I didn’t see Sams deli. Unfortunately Sams is gone and replaced by an overpriced fast food place. I knew in the back of my mind I should have rerouted to Burgercity because of the substantially lower prices. My Monterrey Burger was okay but not good enough to kill a terrorist over, the gristle in the beef patty made for a not too tasty experience. Although the gristle did add crunch to the hamburger. Surprisingly other non-yelpers are coming in to order here. In fact I can’t believe this shopping center parking lot was ¾ about full today. And where I parked people were waiting for spaces. I didn’t see many shoppers walking around. I guess people use the parking lots for ride share nowadays.
