I can’t even begin to thank this place enough!!! I actually had a appointment with bride to be couture in fair oaks but the lady there that I was dealing with was SOOOOOO RUDE so I cancelled my appointment and ended up here! And talk about things happen for a reason…
I did not have a appointment so I just walked in and was wondering if I could just look to see what they had and they were beyond nice and accommodating. I found my dress for HALF the price I’ve seen at other places! I wish I could give this place more stars. If you are looking for a non pressure atmosphere and super sweet people go to this place!

I called to see if they had a particular gown. They didn’t, but they convinced me they had similar dresses. They talked me in to making the 30 minute drive there. I told them I was a size 10 and they assured me I’d fit many of their samples and they had tons for me to try on. I was there under an hour. I walked in and the place was stuffed to the seams with dresses. That was promising! I barely got to tell them what I style I thought I might like, and two women quickly pulled 6 or 7 dresses for me. 2 – 3 of them, I actually never put on. I stepped in and they seemed like they might be a little hard get over my butt, so the consultant said «let’s try the next one, that’s too small» (they were 8’s). She didn’t even try to go over my head. She didn’t really didn’t even try to get me in them at all. I tried on one of them in the same size at another store this afternoon, and actually ended up purchasing it! As for the other dresses. She didn’t even try to make them look good. She didn’t clip anything. She didn’t make sure corsets were nice and tight. It was like she really didn’t care at all. After dress 7 my consultant said «well that’s all the dresses so here’s my card». I was like WHAT?!? The store is stuffed full of dresses how is that «all the dresses». That rubbed me so wrong. I spent more time driving there than I did in the store.

I went into DeLa Rosa’s bridal shop after going to many bridal stores throughout Sacramento. Jasmine was very patient and assisted me on multiple occasions. I was getting nervous because after visiting so many stores I could not find my dress. In a moment of desperation and frustration I had this shop order a gown that was so so on a Saturday. Needless to say I had buyers’ remorse by Monday so I called them and their response was very centered around me being happy with my gown. They had me come in to try on more dresses (again) and I was able to find the wedding dress I was looking for. Their patience, customer service and attention to the bride is second to none.

Dissatisfied. They need to update their website and partnerships on brands they do carry and are willing to order.
Once in search for bridesmaid dresses, I was told they don’t carry the brand their website shows they carry. (Mon Cheri)
Also when calling to determine if they can order the brides dress, their partnership with Blue by Enzoani indicates they can order it. I was told they stopped carrying it and referred to a place downtown but wasn’t told who.
Really disappointed in their efforts to assist.

I am recently engaged, however I have been shopping in here many times with all of my girlfriends. I did not expect to find a dress on my first trip out, but Bic was, as she always is, fantastic. She was patient and helpful and I was able to find my dream dress! Thank you Bic and De La Rosa’s!!!

The family here are all so wonderful. I dreaded going into most dress places with the stress and pressure to like one of their wedding dresses. Not this one. They were ALL so helpful, accommodating, and always smiling. You could tell they love what they do and want you happy. I ended up getting both my wedding dress and groomsmen suits here too. Loved the whole family that worked here, Rachel is such a cutie & sweetheart to work with. Thank you.

I absolutely love and recommend this place. It is such a warm, family place, and they worked with me a lot on getting my perfect dress and veil within my budget. Liz and her daughter Rachel are wonderful, great people and great at helping you get exactly what you want. I had to rush order all my stuff because I was so late in starting the process, and they made it all work and arrive in time! I would very much recommend making an appointment with Liz to help pick your dress and have her help you with alternations, although everyone there is great. Such a cozy, warm experience on such an important day, especially if you live close by. Go here first for your dress!!!

Wow!!! This place is awesome! They have been sooooo friendly since the very first time I entered the shop. Originally, I found this place because my best friend purchased her dress here and I went to see it. After searching all over SF, Liz (one of the owners I think) offered to let me try on a dress, and amazingly WE FOUND THE ONE! It was so great! There were a couple alterations we needed to make, and after all was said and done the dress fit like a glove! Best of all, the price she quoted for alterations was exactly what I ended up paying — yay — no surprises! It was so relieving. They are so fair and so great. Go here first for your dress!!! I love this place! :)

The bridesmaids and I arrived here today to look at wedding dresses for our friend and bride-​to-​be, Elaine. We were running a little late because we had an appointment at another bridal shop earlier, and called ahead of time to let them know. They were more than accommodating. We showed our bridal consultant pictures of the type of dress that Elaine had in mind, and she was able to pull some off of their extensive racks.
I was so impressed upon walking in, as their selection is a lot bigger than the previous place we went to. Their wedding dresses were all well-​preserved in clear garment bags, and the prices were clearly marked on the tags, so no guesswork was involved. What I felt really stood out about De La Rosa’s was their customer service. Alora worked with us, and helped Elaine into and out of all of her gowns. She was extremely friendly and obliged each time Elaine wanted to try on a belt, whether or not it went with the dress. She was great with putting the veil on and taking it off, and arranging the dresses and veil to give us the best demonstration of what the end result would be. Alora was also happy to let Elaine try on a joke dress and model it for us. Elaine wasn’t looking for a corset top with a huge tulle skirt, but she twirled around in it anyway, and a tiara was provided for our enjoyment.
Another employee happened to be in the vicinity when a beautifully unique dress was tried on, and she pulled up a new dress belt that matched it perfectly. That dress ended up being tied for 1^st place after the addition of the belt. Thanks!
The selection of dresses were all so unique and gorgeous, it was really difficult to pick one. But of course Alora wrote down Elaine’s top 3 choices, which she said they would keep with her name and number so that she can come back and try them on again should she need to.
One thing that I wish this place had was a couch for family/​friends/​bridesmaids. It would be a nice touch, purely for the comfort of the viewing party. Regardless though, they brought out as many chairs as we needed.
De La Rosa’s makes me want to get married, just so I can try on one of their exquisite gowns. I’m glad I was able to help pick out my friend’s dress, and now I know that if the occasion ever arises, De La Rosa’s will be the first place I go!

I didn’t make an appointment but they nicely helped me out to find a dress. Rachel was one amazing person, she listen to me and the things I like and didn’t and she did her job perfectly. Great attitude and such a bubbly personality. I really recommend anyone to go to this store. Thankfully I was blessed and found the perfect dress thanks to Rachel.

Although I didn’t end up getting my dress here, props are due. I was on vacation with one of my bridesmaids and thought I’d check out some places in the area, since my wedding is less than 7 months away, and I still hadn’t looked much for a dress yet. Apparently as a bride I’m supposed to wear a fancy white one?
Anyway, when I called, Liz was very nice, and got me in right away. I was interested in something with an illusion neckline, and am a larger size, so needed a place that offered these things. Once we got there she really listened to what I wanted, and gave me individualized attention. I actually found one I really loved, and they could get it to me in plenty of time. Even though I didn’t get «the» one here (I found one elsewhere I loved a little more) I would still highly recommend checking it out.

I purchased my gown from here, ended up taking it home then postponing the wedding and gaining weight. I am pretty sure we were helped majority by Liz I think it’s her shop? They let me come back for two fitting while trying to loose wt and the altered what I needed, ended up adding sleeves to my dress. Service was always great I actually wish we would have gotten my husbands tux here!!!

My fiancé got her dress from here and everything went just fine until the end when it came time to pick up the dress. It was agreed that the dress would be ready a Thursday but after driving out there on Thursday the girl says that she told us Friday. There was no way that we misheard because we put it on our iPhone schedule right away, while the employee didn’t put it in her books until later. We live in elk grove and driving all the way out there the few days before the wedding TWICE is extremely inconvenient. Make sure you get the pickup dates on paper or you might be pretty upset wasting time and gas for nothing!

I had such a wonderful experience working with De La Rosa’s! From the get-​go I worked with Liz, who is the daughter of the owners of this family business. Liz has such a calming presence and a deep knowledge of her inventory.
I just walked in on my lunch break one Wednesday in December, and she made time to help me try on some dresses. We found a few that I absolutely loved, and we noted those for when my girl friends were to come in with me a few weeks later. In the meantime, I went to a few other shops throughout Sacramento and Roseville and didn’t have anywhere near the same experience. No one came close to the service, inventory, and professionalism that I experienced here. After bringing the friends by for final approval, I decided on a gorgeous Maggie Sottero lace dress.
The dress came in about five months later. Liz had me do a pre-​fitting, an actual fitting, and then a final fitting to make sure everything was perfect. I even found a great set necklace/​earring set in their display that matched my dress perfectly!
I felt so well-​taken-​care-​of at De La Rosa’s — something invaluable during the craziness of wedding planning!

After a not so good experience at the local chain bridal shop my fiancé suggested that I try De La Rosa’s. I was hesitant at first with the common mistake of judging a book by its cover. Once I stepped into the store it was very cute with a great selection of plus size dresses in which I was surprised. All the staff is wonderful and super helpful. I went in there and described to the gal that was helping me what I was looking for and she pulled a dress that she had in mind. It was the first dress that I tried on and I was in tears. Loved it! She had me try on many other dresses and I didn’t feel rushed to make my decision nor feel pressured to purchase it that day. Needless to say dress number one it was.

They have been working w me since December for my friends wedding. Final count down to the wedding date. Still great service, they worked w me on alterations and pricing. I always had my little one w me and they were always so accommodating. Lupe is a wonderful help. Ask for her she knows what she’s doing! Thanks again guys for everything!

I went here a few weeks ago and Rachel was my consultant. She was AMAZING! She knew what I wanted and she helped me find the perfect dress. After I said yes to the dress, she knew what vail I would like and a belt to add a little bling. Everyone at the shop was so friendly, the selection was great and they were very knowledgable about their products! It is a smaller salon with three dressing rooms that I saw which is nice because it’s not overwhelming with women everywhere and it makes it seem much more personal.
I would go back with anyone I knew to pick out their dress!!!

This place is amazing! Seriously the best customer service a bride could ask for, and if you are going to ask for someone ask for Lupe!
I am not the average bride who needs to fuss over anything, no bridezilla here. I can quickly pull up a dress and say yes or no. I was starting to get discouraged because I’d been trying on dresses for 5 weeks at many different shops. I couldn’t find the one! I found ones that would work, but not THE ONE.
I decided to check this place out based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. I made an appointment to come in right when they opened, hoping it wasn’t going to be too busy. Lupe greeted me and asked me some questions about what I was looking for in a dress. She went to pick some but told me and my MOH that we could look around and pick anything we liked.
We had about 8 dresses in that room. When we were going through dresses Lupe was amazing. She helped me put them on and then pinned them in the right places, not just pinning to make it tighter. When I found the dress I knew it. She wrote down all the information I needed so when I came back I could order it.
After that she helped me find bridesmaid dresses, which we weren’t even planning on looking at that day. She really helped me complete my bridal and bridal party look, down to the right shade of blue for my bridesmaid dresses. My dress isn’t white, it’s ivory and we needed the right blue. Ok, so I may be a little OCD, but I’m no bridezilla.
Please check them out… they are amazing! I will be recommending this place for a long time!

Best customer service. No rush. It’s not the fanciest bridal store, but it was spacious enough for me to bring 4 others to view. I love being able to support local stores near home even though I live in San Francisco. The prices were reasonable as well. Liz was my consultant and she was great. I wanted to buy from her and not look elsewhere because she was so helpful with the process. You will not be disappointed.
They allow photos too. :) Lots of parking available.
