I got prices for breast augmentation from 10 other offices in folsom and roseville and Dr. Kauffman’s office beats all of them in the best reviews and prices I paid $ 6,500. And I couldn’t be any happier with the work Dr. Kauffman has done. After losing weight my breast were starting to sag and Dr. Kauffman spent the quality time to sit down with me and answer all my questions and garrented I will be happy with his work and if I am not than he will make sure he fixs everything until I am. He made me feel comfortable. I am at 6 weeks post op and I feel and look great. Thank you Dr. Kauffman. When I get people that ask me about my breast they wonder if they are real (yes he made them look that good) I right away recommended everyone to have a consult with Dr. Kauffman I feel like everyone deserves to see a great surgeon like himself. I can’t imagine having any other doctor do what Dr. Kaufman did for me. I lost over 100 lbs and my body required a tummy tuck/​lower body lift. Second experience with Dr Kaufman who is nothing short of perfection in terms of his surgical skills, bedside manner and compassion. His preop RN Katie was also amazing and puts you at ease. I was lucky to have her both times.
By the way, I just learned he
administers Exparel intra operatively rather than an additional pain pump. With Exparel, I was getting in and out of bed without assist post op day 1 and minimal use of other analgesics. Spread the word. We’ve got the best in Folsom!!!

I had a full Tummy Tuck with Dr. Kaufman. He is a stellar Plastic surgeon, he is an Artist. I interviewed 8 Plastic surgeons from San Francisco to Folsom and I’m so glad I chose him. He is a perfectionist and I had no pain! He really takes care of his patients. The nurses that take care of you before and after surgery are so nice they really put you at ease. I am so Thankful to Dr. Kaufman because it is the best decision I have ever made. I am beyond happy with my results. I am now 6 months out but the recovery was easy because of the techniques he uses which is so important!

Dr. Kaufman did my tummy tuck in January. I absolutely love my tummy! He does amazing work. The staff is incredibly friendly. Starting with reception, to client relations and the nurses. I am considering another procedure and wouldn’t consider another surgeon.

Dr Kaufman performed a tummy tuck on me just about two weeks ago. I can’t believe how INCREDIBLE the results are and how relatively simple and easy my recovery has been. I waited so many years to do this because I was worried about the recovery and it has been amazing! He has been very caring and thorough throughout the consult and the surgery and the staff has all been AMAZING! I have been recommending them to everyone I run into! If you are thinking about plastic surgery he is the Doctor to see!!!

The staff is extremely friendly and professional, not to mention gorgeous! At first I was nervous about the surgery but Dr. Kaufman and his staff made me feel very confident in my decision and in having chose the right Dr. for the procedure (rhinoplasty and chin implant). Everything was far less scary than I had anticipated and went very smoothly.
day 1 of my post op I could tell the results were going to be great. day 2 i started looking like Quasimoto, and by day 4 my boyfriend compared me to elephant man. lol! Ok, thats a bit of an over exageration, it wasn’t that bad. i definitely wanted to stay indoors though. I knew this was all part of the process and i would soon start to see some of my results. i’d have to say patience is the HARDEST part of it all. one day you feel confident things are going to turn out nice once the swelling goes down, and the next day you’re panicking over minor details and hoping this isn’t your final result. by month 3 i was worried because i thought the tip of my nose was too bulby looking and i almost started regretting my surgery decision. but by month 4 the bulbiness had gone almost entirely away and I realized it was just swelling. My chin implant also put me through a rollercoaster of emotions. first i loved it, then i hated it, then i loved it again. another thing is that it really does take your mind a while to accept seeing a new and different face when looking in the mirror. PATIENCE IS KEY!!! i can’t stress this enough.
when i returned to work 2 weeks later nobody seemed to notice at first. i was definitely still swollen but it didn’t seem obvious to anyone but me. i received a few comments here and there like «did you do something different to your hair?» «are you wearing different lip jewelry?» «you look a little different today». but nobody could pin point it. i ended up telling people i had gotten a nose job (but kept the chin a secret) and they still couldn’t tell!!! the change was significant to me, so i was amazed at peoples reactions or lack there of.

I had the best experience all around with the staff and Dr. Kaufman. I flew all the way from Florida and it was well worth the trip! I highly recommend.

From the moment I made the phone call for my consultation, I knew this office cared about their clientele. I was on a very limited time frame for a Breast Augmentation due to being off work for an injury already, and told them that I needed to get this done during that same time. They were able to get me in for my consult that day (a Thursday). Every single person I had contact with was so very friendly, caring, and helpful. I chose my desired size and was able to schedule the surgery for the following Monday. (4 days later)
That night, I started doubting the implant size I chose and I sent Dr. Kaufman a direct email with my concerns. He answered my email first thing the next morning and was very informative. I went back in that day to try on the ‘sizers’ one more time and came to a decision. After that I was very excited about my upcoming procedure in a few days.
Monday morning came and my hubby took me in for my procedure. We were both very excited. The surgery staff was wonderful, as was Dr K. The surgery went very quick, and I have been nothing but happy with my results. From my consult to my day of, followed by my next day, 1 week, and 4 week follow ups Dr K and his staff have been awesome. I am at 8 weeks with my new additions, and they are settling and healing perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone I know. Thank You!

Went here for consult. Awesome!!! Totally took his time and was very realistic on how the results would look. I was referred here by several of my clients and friends. He even did a house all for one of my clients. How many people have heard of that these days. I am ready and booked for my procedure. Ill keep I posted.

I had Dr. Kauffman perform a tummy tuck on me back in January ’13 and I am so glad he did. I interviewed many cosmetic surgeons in the Sacramento area before choosing him. He is a perfectionist (as am I) so it was a great match. I studied his before and after photos like I was studying for the California State Bar, and I chose him specifically for the way he does his belly buttons. They all stood out (in a great way) among the other surgeon’s photos. My scar is so thin it’s unbelievable. During every office visit he was always warm, kind, and never made me feel uncomfortable (unlike the other surgeons I met with). His staff is also incredible and they go above and beyond. They use the highest quality of instruments, post op garments, and medical supplies available (unlike most cosmetic offices where they skimp on quality in order to cut costs). He is a very skilled surgeon and I would return to him in a heartbeat if I needed anything else in the future. One more thing: the well-​known un-​biased online cosmetic surgery forum «Real Self» selected my before and after photos to be featured on their front page (out of almost 5,000 others nationwide). I do believe that speaks for his work :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaufman’s for the past 2 years and
throughout the services he has provided me, he has remained extremely
professional and dedicated to achieving perfection. The staff at the
office has provided me and those whom I have referred with impeccable
customer service and a warm welcome. The urgency to the client and their
needs by the practices’ staff members is very apparent and they have
always made me feel extremely comfortable no matter the reason for my
visit. Overall, my experience with this practice and with Dr. Kaufman has
been second to none and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in achieving spectacular aesthetic results.

I had surgery October 2012 for my eyes and the left eye didn’t heal as good as the right eye. There appears to be a bigger scar under my eye. I talked to other surgeons in the area that all agreed that the scar shouldn’t be as noticeable. I made an appointment with Dr. Kaufman so that he could look at it and give me his opinion. He stated he didn’t know why it healed like that. He seemed very unapologetic and rushed me out of his office. He said if I wanted to make it smaller I’d have to open it again and restitch it.
It seems that Dr. Kaufman cares more about how many patients a day he sees rather than focusing on giving each patient the care and time they need. His staff and ambiance are not good. I definitely don’t recommend him for anything. I’ve heard this by many people as well.

I went for a consultation with another plastic surgeon before meeting Dr. Kaufman and the reason I wanted a 2^nd opinion with another plastic surgeon is because of what the surgeon said. He said, «Well, I think I can do this, or I might be able to do that» and hearing that struck a chord with me. I thought to myself, this person went through years of training, has been in practice for over 30 years and he «think» he can? It left me doubting his abilities and even before I stepped foot outside the office I knew I would have to do some research before I’d place my trust in just anyone.
When a friend of mine mentioned Dr. Kaufman I went to his website and spent time browsing the Before and After photos. What really jumped out at me was reading the «About Dr. Kaufman» section. Before becoming a plastic surgeon he served in the US Navy as a member of the Navy’s elite Seal team and after his years of military service he attended Stanford and Harvard Universities to become a doctor specializing in Plastic Surgery. When I read that I knew I wasn’t reading about the average person who went to medical school to become a doctor. Instead I was reading about a person who worked hard to be at the top of the class.
When I met with Dr. Kaufman for my consultation he was very informative and straightforward. I explained what I was hoping to accomplish with the procedure. He took his time and explained the procedure and when he asked me if I had any questions, I laughed and said, «I wrote down a list of eight and you already answered all of them.» At the end of the consultation he said, «You are a great candidate for this procedure. «I left the consultation and before I made it to the front door of the office I knew I found the plastic surgeon I could trust and didn’t look any further.
I just had my 6 month follow-​up appointment and have to say, I am so happy I decided to have the procedure. The results far exceeded my expectations and the service and care I received from Dr. Kaufman and his staff was spectacular!
