Worst doctor EVER!!! I sat in an exam room for 40 minutes waiting, the last 20 were spent listening to him yuck it up in the exam room next to me about Mexico vacations and drinking. Never heard him say one thing about a medical exam. I finally got up and walked out. I believe I have a very serious condition, but now I have to find a new GP to eventually get seen by a specialist. DO NOT go to this doctor! In the past, he diagnosed me with shingles, which is impossible because I never had chicken pox. He is an arrogant, inconsiderate, boob!!! I would give a negative star if I could.

Absolutely love this place and the staff! I have been a patient here for about 4 years now, and have never had a bad visit! Every time I call the front desk ladies are super sweet to work with me and my schedule on getting me seen ASAP– all of the MAs and the doctors always remember me and are welcoming. I have never had a long wait in the waiting room, and feel very lucky to be able to have this office so close to my house! My whole family goes to Dr Cooper as well. Would definitely recommend and have recommended.

Shortly after I posted by first review I got the privilege to meet Dr. Daniel Cooper and everything about his practice now suddenly makes sense. During my brief visit with him he did not seem to hear what I was saying. I left this appointment with no answers and a xanax prescription, which was not what I needed.

I had an appointment scheduled that I made over a month ago.
When I arrived, the gal at the front desk, said no we don’t have
you down as a new patient to be seen. I said, you have to be
kidding me? Not only did I take time off from work to be seen,
but now I can’t be seen, because you have all these other patients
waiting to be seen. And I had a scheduled appointment.
I did see Dr. Cooper walk by and he looks old, tired, sluggish
and not a doctor of youth and happiness.
With that being said, my gut said to «RUN» out of the office, which
I did in horror.
Unbelievable staff and is there someone investigating this practice,
because it appears he runs the practice as though you are in a third
world country.

I have been a patient for 15 years or so, and now that I’m getting toward the «top of the hill», I just have to get over being too lazy to find another PCP. I respect Dr. Cooper for his knowledge and experience, but his practice has clearly gone in search of «easy money» having become more of a «medical spa» than a doctor’s office. Dr. Cooper consistently recommends old-​school «quick fix» solutions and will have you in surgery consistently and taking a myriad of meds for life when there are really good natural solutions out there. Now I know better.
The staff is friendly, but usually the waits are a bit much, and they will not call you with lab results or other follow-​up as you might expect — you have to pester them! Expect to see a NP unless you specifically request to see Dr. Cooper, which you probably won’t want to do if it’s urgent.

Well, I have been to the Doctor this week and was expected to meet him like the front office girl told me when I made the appointment for a new doctor since I moved up here from the south bay. Never saw the Doctor. Front office told me that he did not come in that day. Waited one hour and 5 minutes to get into a room. Everyone that had come in after me wanting a Botox injection or some sort of face service got in before me. I told the front office when I checked in I had another appointment after I had been waiting for 30 minutes. I ended up leaving from the room they put me in after the N/​P did not come in after waiting another 15 minutes.
As others have stated if you want to come in for a face appoint. this is the office. If you want to get a GP if you are sick or in case you get sick go to a real doctor that cares about you. This guy does not unless you want a face treatment. If I did want a face treatment I would not go to him. I would go to a real Dermo Doctor and not trust a guy that will give you a cheap price for your face with a coupon! Your face is very precious and I would not trust it to this guy. The other people that rate him high because he caught something early when wearing his Doctor hat you are lucky. He still does not warrant a 5 star rating for that. You just had luck with you that day when you walked in to see him. They can have my 20.00 co pay and I will be seeing another office for sure.

I have been a patient there for about 7 years only because I have been too lazy to change. I have only actually seen the doctor one time in probably 12 visits that I have been there. Seems like they focus more on cosmetic procedures than being a primary care giver.

Stay away this man if you want tocall him a doctor. Be my gess will leave you in the dust, my botox 600.00 worth lasted. Only one and a hafe mo. Whst the heck ??? And he treated me from back pain, one time (Pain meds needed befor i go in for surgery) he was to refill my meds i called him and was told no !!! After he promised hed make sure i have a refill. Befor surgery. Thanks doctor copper!!! I was left with no refill. And serious pain and haveing to, pay another doctor, i work as a physical therapist and have treated Dr copper thats how i came to no him, i treated. Him very well infact i gave him free work, to help him out with his back i no he’s going through alot a new baby at his age, a divorce on the way, and he has just moved i try to be understanding, but its not fair to your patients.
To leave them in the. Dust when you give them you word as a doctor, sham on you doctor i hope things get better for you !

I would keep looking rather than go to this practice. The Dr. seems competent enough, but the staff nearly cost me my life! I called for an appointment and described my symptoms. I was told I could be seen a week later. I then called back three days later and told them my pain was extreme when I tried to breath, and could they get me in earlier. I was told «no». When I was finally seen it turned out I had a life threatening situation and ended up in the hospital! When discussing with other doctors what I had described to Dr. Cooper’s staff as my symptoms, they told me I should have been told to go emergency care right away.
If that weren’t bad enough, the doctor’s office messed up my prescription when I tried to have it filled, which left me scrambling to figure out what I could do to get my prescription and have it covered by my insurance. Again, when calling the doctor’s office for help, they offered no solution and simply apologized for their error! Keep looking!

I’ve been a patient there for about 5 years but my family is finally switching. I’ve never met the Dr. In any of my visits and in my most recent visits I felt I paid a lot of money for an answer that was the top hit on Google. I liked the office awhile ago but the good PA left a few years ago. In a good note I was always able to get an appointment when needed.

Dr. Cooper has been my doctor for over 20 years. I cannot speak to the problems that the «groupon» patients are having, but I do understand the comments about the waits being too long and such. I have had some difficulties with billing and have sat on hold to make an appointment for way too long at times. Why do I give Dr. Cooper 5 stars? In 2001 I made an appointment for him to look at a large lump in my neck that came from nowhere. He and his staff got me into diagnostic appointments within three days. He somehow got me to the head of the line. I called and was told it would take three weeks. His staff said heck no and somehow an opening appeared and I was in. Dr. Cooper told me not to panic, the rush was just an abundance of caution. Sadly, the lump came from a very aggressive cancer. Again Dr. Cooper and his staff worked their scheduling magic. I saw both the oncologist and surgeon that very evening. They stayed and waited for me. I was in surgery two days later. Dr. Cooper, his team, and his professional colleagues literally saved my life. The tumor was removed. The surgeon told me he removed everything he could, but the biopsy showed no clean margins in the tissue. The tumor was growing so quickly that in a few more days it would have been game over. My oncologist quickly scheduled me for chemo, followed by radiation. This cancer has only a 7% survival rate. Thanks to Dr. Cooper I am alive and writing this Unilocal review today. I guess that I am saying that the waits may be worth it. When there is a crisis (unfortunately this was not the only one for me) he and his staff are at the top of their game. I trust him completely, and have great confidence in his abilities. I’m glad he is my doctor.

The worst service ever, the staff WILL NOT give messages to the Dr. And can careless if you have an emergency and out of state. I had to go back for a follow appointment and waited 45 min. When I was told I was next to be seen I heard the Dr in 2 other room’s still waiting. DO Not GO TO THIS OFFICE!

Tried booking an appointment, but wasn’t getting the warm and fuzzies from the receptionist. She wasn’t very interested in helping me or my wife out so it looks like we’ll be looking for another doctor.

After I had my kids I got what is referred to as a «pregnancy mask» which consisted of dark spots across both cheeks and above the upper lip. I purchased the IPLs in order to hopefully eliminate the dark spots. The IPLs are not pain free but they are also not unbearable. I think the pain is worth it to get rid of these dark marks. Plus, I noticed that after the IPL session the skin is rejuvenated and looks better after a week or so. Now I know why some people do it as a maintenance procedure.
So far I have had two IPL sessions with Amanda and she has been absolutely wonderful! Amanda is extremely considerate, knowledgable, and takes the time to ensure she hits your problem spots a couple of times to hopefully get the end result you are looking for. Amanda is like your Fairy Godmother fading your dark spots away with her magic wand! I have noticed that the spots are fading. I have two more IPL sessions left so hopefully most of the dark spots will soon be eliminated!
UPDATE: Amanda is HANDS DOWN the BEST! She knows what lasers will work for your skin type and she is absolutely one of the nicest people you will ever meet!

This place is awful. I bought the groupon. For two IPL treatments and it was the most painful and absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
Save your money and go somewhere else is the only thing I can say.
These people don’t care about getting and retaining new customers.
They do not deserve any stars.

I’ve been going to Dr. Cooper for years. He is my primary care physician. The office staff is always friendly. The wait time has not been bad. The nurse practitioners are all very nice and helpful. If I ever needed a referral to another physician the requests are always handled quickly and efficiently.
Through the course a routine physical for my husband, they ordered an ultrasound for him which lead to a diagnosis of kidney cancer. The whole process from the physical to surgery took less than one month. It was amazing. My husband is 100% cancer free. We credit the speed and coordination with this office and Dr. Naftulin’s office for the amazing care received. Had the ultrasound not been requested the outcome would have been much different. This office is great.

Dr. Cooper is a great attentive Doctor. I have never been treated better by a doctor. I hope he never retires lol. He is very understanding and wants nothing more than to help his patients and improve their quality of life.
His bedside manner is great and I love how he asks if there is anything more that you need.
I have actually changed my entire family to him as our primary car doctor. Couldn’t be happier. In fact I had a different Primary care doc with dignity health, the guy was a referral machine, constantly giving to referrals for even the smallest things. Dr. Cooper tries to take care of everything he can in house which is a nice change of pace. He actually practices medicine, the way it should be done.
I don’t have much interaction with from office staff other than to pay my co-​payment and they seem fine. My average wait time in the waiting room is maybe 10 minutes at the most.
IF you want a great Doctor and get treatment and go to someone that actually practices medicine — this would be a good choice for you. I shouldn’t be telling everyone this because i don’t want appointment times and wait times to go up lol…

Returned for my second visit and let’s just say, this time around since there’s no product to push for sale, Amanda could have cared less. She was cold and couldn’t care less how I was doing. The receptionist were rude and didn’t want to work with me rescheduling my next appointment. All the other bad reviews on this site are true!
Don’t buy the facial products from this office. Found everything cheaper on-​line!

got the laser treatment for small area. The service is good but I feel like they don’t have a good system going because they are always booked when the session lasts about 7 minutes long. Laser treatments are supposed to happen 6 weeks apart and once, they cancelled my appointment and wasn’t able to reschedule for for another 6 weeks. Of course, this disrupted the progress of my treatment so who knows if I will be getting what I paid for now. They tried to compensate by giving me an extra session but that still doesn’t make up for the extra 6 weeks with out treatment. They were the ones who advised me not to miss appointments, then they kind of forced me to miss mine. The front desk is not friendly, you can tell the ladies behind the desk do not want to be there. If you have a concern, they have a «you’re shit out of luck» attitude. I work customer service and I learned how rewarding it is for both parties when the staff goes above and beyond for the customer. Maybe my expectations are too high from my experience, but the ladies in the front make me feel uncomfortable. As if i can’t come to them for a solution to my issue.

Staff was friendly, but the Botox was so highly diluted it didn’t work. Im 30, got 30 units of Botox and it didn’t do much of anything. When I went back to get another 10 units, the nurse and Dr told me that the reasn it wasn’t working was because I «was tired».UM.NO! Botox should COMPLETEY relax the treated area, and push out slight wrinkles. I got no such luck with this guy. I got a FULL REFUND from Groupon (even after the 30 units were given) becaue I was basically scammed out of $ 300. Groupon Botox tends to be a scam anyways, they cant possibly afford to give us 50% off, plus pay Groupon, plus pay the company that supplies the Botox. How do they cut corners? They dilute the Botox so much it doesn’t work=(VERY DISHONEST Dr. Cooper!
P. S. Dr. Cooper also tried to upsellm on MORE products when I confessed my disapproval for inadequate results.
