Chef Rochelle Barcellona (also known as Chef Ro) always loved to bake and cook. Some of her earliest memories are of baking cookies and cakes for her classmates and her father complaining that she was always baking for other people. Today, she finds making pie crust by hand one of the best therapies around.

Chef Ro started Barcellona Bites as a blog describing a «red head’s culinary adventures» while she was in culinary school and turned it into a boutique business after graduating top of her culinary school class in 2009. Today she loves bringing enjoyment to people through food. Barcellona Bites is a great option for businesses that want to entertain customers, potential clients and employees either in a home, at the office or at a venue. Barcellona Bites also provide fabulous food for a variety of personal events and includes complete party planning, from cleaning your home before the big event, to theme, decorations, menu design and more.

Chef Rochelle has provided a much needed reprieve for my husband and myself by preparing amazing gourmet meals. We have been given back our evenings. We both work full time and often return home late from work like many other people way too tired to cook and definitely too tired to prepare anything remotely healthy. Chef Ro gave us a weekly menu to preview so we were able to tailor our meals to our current dietary needs and preferences. This was in addition to the comprehensive work she does in advance where she learns your likes, dislikes and allergies as well as analyzing your kitchen for needed appliances and/​or additional cookware. She is committed to serving only the highest quality foods made with the finest ingredients. We could not be more pleased with our ongoing private chef experiences with Chef Ro.

Barcellona Bites catered our employee appreciation reception on December 1, 2015. We were hoping for something a bit different and more upscale from our normal work catering options and we were not disappointed. Chef Ro and her excellent team did a fabulous job — the food was beautifully presented and I received many compliments on the event overall. I highly recommend Barcellon Bites for responsiveness, professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. Thank you!

Barcellona Bites catered our Mom’s 80th birthday party and I can’t say enough good things about the food, the presentation, and the service. Our guests are still raving about the fabulous food (and my husband also raved about the spotless kitchen they left).
Chef Ro and her team brought everything they needed and efficiently set up shop in our kitchen. The flurry of prep & serving activity would have been me and a few guests in the kitchen for days. It was a worthy investment not only for the food, but for allowing us to enjoy the party for once.
