This was the third time we used W & W. The first two jobs were well executed and priced fairly. Inside sales on this job was very good. The young lady showed us our options and worked up an estimate which we thought a little pricey, but our project was already underway and we needed tile work. Scheduling was a problem. When we called about installation we were told they were backed up and«should» be there Wed or Thurs. No show, no phone call. I called and she said they would«try» to get there on Monday. They did show up on Monday and began the install. Two guys, one of whom did the work while the other stood around playing with his cell phone. I pointed out a potential problem with the tile around a window and they both said it was okay. Finally, I got a supervisor out there on Wed or Thurs and pointed out the problem. He said they would fix it. On Saturday one of the installers showed up with his two kids in tow to work on the window problem. To his credit, he fixed the problem, kids and all. The final bill was over $ 400 above the estimate and I’m still not sure why. We had an issue with the soapdish, of all things. They brought this huge 12’x12’ wall unit, which we declined because it was way too big for the shower. Then they brought a 2“x4″ and installed it incorrectly. The estimate listed the big dish at $ 78 and when I asked them to reduce the bill to accommodate the smaller dish, the lady told me they were the same price. I’m not the brightest star in the galaxy, but please don’t look me in the eye and lie to me. A simple Google search shows the smaller unit is less than half the price of the larger unit. Anyway, we have a new shower and it’s good, even if we did pay more for it than it’s worth. My biggest problem with W&W is lack of communication, babysitting their employees’ kids and the blonde sales lady lying to me. Will never use W&W again.
