Chem-​Dry on the Shore was established in 1991 by Fred and Jan Brereton. Starting our with one franchise in Pensacola, FL, they have grown to operate 4 franchises in the Greater Pensacola, FL area, Baldwin County, AL and Mobile County, AL. Chem-​Dry On The Shore is a family owned and operated company with Fred and Jan still actively working in the business on a daily basis. Together with their daughter, Corrie Pepperman, their son, Ross Brereton, and their technicians, Christopher Borchardt, Evan Wood and Sherman McNeil they strive to maintain the Quality and Integrity that Fred and Jan started in 1991.
