Alison Pointe Apartments

On first inspection, it looks nice, but don’t let that fool you. Don’t know how Kerri B. lived here 2 years, I can’t wait to leave. I stayed on a first floor apartment, it sounds like 3 elephants playing basketball from 7 in the morning all hours of the day. I work late, and can only get few hours sleep in these cheaply constructed apartments, with sounds like ¹⁄₈^th inch plywood between floors. I would complain, but with rednecks flying confederate flags on the back of pickup trucks through the parking lots, I worry about our safety here in South Alabama.
Apartments should have concrete between floors so foot steps or stomps don’t disturb the other residents, but in the corporate world, it’s only about the bottom line.

I lived here almost two years. A living flippin hell. The maintenance man and his 10 family members lived in my building. They chain smoked and drank beer on their front porch all the time. They slammed doors, cat called when people walked by. The ‘business center’ computer keyboard and mouse are caked with bacteria. And management made a sign that says ‘Smile, your on camera’. I think if one of them had actually graduated the ninth grade, they would know how to use proper English. The ‘fitness center’ was also never cleaned. One working treadmill and one working small, out of date tv high up in a corner. I had rats, silverfish, roaches, spiders in my apartment. The pool was disgusting. Code browns all the time. What I’ve shared is just the tip of the iceberg. Do not move here! Update! I hear my next door neighbor was finally
evicted for slamming doors, due to the people who moved into apt. N after I moved out, moved out right after they’d moved in. Karma! But if mgmt had nipped it in the bud in the beginning, they would’ve had less problems.
