I have used them a few times and haven’t had any issues scheduling an appt. They have always been professional and polite.

good staff, friendly, and professional. but it gets busy here. I call before going and rarely do they say you can come now. I usually call and end up getting kind of an appointment couple hours later. for a neighborhood nail salon I wish they had more availability. but I think living in flushing I got spoiled. would I expect any store in Manhattan to say come on down? nope. so all things considered, a good place to go for consistent quality nail service or waxing needs.

Walked in here, they are racist. i didn’t have an appointment and she was the rudest person of all time. she said no problem what do you need done, i told her just gel on my nails and she was like oh 45 minute wait i said ok no problem ill wait then she told me sorry we dont do gel. she basically said no to everything else i was asking for which is just a manicure. i couldn’t believe how rude the service is here, not sure how they have more than 2 stars. AVOID.

They provide clean service and a great selection of designs. They are one of the few places that are good at nail design. They are professional and accommodating. The only downside is that they are a little more expensive than other places. If you are thinking of going to a special event or occasion I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been searching for an excellent nail salon for SOLONG! Bayside SUCKS! Bayside is the town of mediocrity! So many nail salons and they all suck! I gave up and started doing my own nails but they were a MESS! Finally after a month of disgusting hands I got onto Unilocal and found this place with FIVE star reviews! The only place with great reviews across the board. I tried HYOJIN initially and she’s good but super slow. I don’t have time for that since I have a child at home. Next time I tried the owner and she did my pedicure and gel manicure and I could NOT be happier! She’s super nice and the job is QUALITY! It IS pricier than other places(I paid $ 70 for a pedi and gel mani with french special design gel) but for me? It’s worth it! I HIGHLY recommend this place and I will be going here until they move(Pls God no!) I don’t have ONE gripe with this place. Meter parking but it’s only $ 1/hr. p. s. They sell candles too and they are WAY better than any other designer/expensive candle I’ve ever bought! Buy them! The«wick» burns slowly too and the smell is great and permeates throughout a BIG room without smelling too strong.

It’s really hard to find a clean salon that does quality work especially in queens. I highly recommend this cozy salon with some crazy nail art :-)

I have to edit my review. I posted it 8 days ago and 5 of my nails have already lifted!!! I purchased crazy glue to keep them on but they are slowly falling apart. For $ 90 I didn’t expect them to fall off a week later. I was looking forward to returning to them. Unfortunately I won’t be.

Got a gel manicure and it lasted more than two weeks! And that included a week at the beach in Aruba. Will def go back. Also, the salon is very clean.

This place hits home. They remove your previous gel without damaging your nails and they paint like Monet. Absolutely amazing. When they paint UV gel, they apply three thin layers of colors instead of two, think ones. They’re designs are on point and so crisp. I will never ever change nail salons again. Yes, their UV gel may be pricy and it may take a bit long, but ITISABSOLUTELYWORTHIT.

This is by far the BEST gel manicure I have ever had in queens. They really are gentle and take their time, and it comes out so PERFECT. I spent the next few days, just randomly staring and admiring my beautiful nails… LOL The first time I went to get my gel mani done on Thanksgiving eve, I was told to come back in an hr, to which I came back and got taken care of right away. I also specifically told the reception that I had to leave to catch the train at 630pm, and I was able to walk out of there at exactly 625pm.(At around 615pm, I even heard the reception/owner remind my sweet technician that I had to leave soon — how attentive!). Overall, the women at Yoo’s are all very professional, accommodating, and they offer a relaxing place to get FLAWLESS mani and pedis if you’ve got some time to spare. So glad I live just 2 blocks away and found YOO’s!

I got a gel mani with design and pedicure today. I called and made an appointment for noon. With it being Columbus Day and a Monday it was not busy at all. I sat down right away. The girl who did my gel mani and pedicure did a fantastic job! She took her time to do my pedicure and gel manicure. I do really like the way it came out. You can tell she is really skilled and can do her job right. As other reviewers mentioned, I also did not get a parrafin treatment on my heels nor did I get the complimentary 2 minute neck/back massage that they usually give you at other nail salons. Another negative was the price, I got a fairly simple design with some black stones. The price for the gel mani was $ 55. I’ve been to other nail salons where I would be charged $ 45 for something simple. So altogether I paid $ 76(with tax for CC). Not too happy with the price. I thought I paid way too much! Would I come back? Maybe, if I can’t get an appointment at my other nail salon and need my nails done then yes. I just think they are way overpriced.

Although it’s much pricier than other nail salons, Yoo’s is extremely clean and you do not feel rushed like many other places. I’ve never been to a nail salon where they open the sealed and sterile package of nail manicure tools. I had a gel manicure with art and my nails were meticulous, practically perfect. I had bow charms on my nails and they’ve stayed on over a month now. They would have stayed on longer if I kept them on! I will most definitely visit here again when I have a special occasion or holiday. Pedicure was $ 18 and gel manicure with design and two bow charms was $ 65.

My new go-to nail salon! The place is small but the staff’s are friendly and professional. I love Tiffany, she’s as best as they get! They also sell handmade soy candles that are to die for.

It was my first time having gel nail design and pedicure at Yoo’s nail salon today. I’d say it was the best exprience ever. When I called the salon to make a reservation(I knew that it will be impossible to just walk-in to get gel nail design on saturdays), the owner helped me to fit me in even though they were busy. I had all my fingers with design(nearly perfect, neat and percise) and the price was reasonable. If you are not sure, just call them for estimate. Although it took quite long time to get the design done, the nail artists were friendly enough for me to get through the time. I will definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants their nail done with professionals. And remember to make a reservation.

Today was my first time at Yoo’s Nails. Everyone was very friendly and my nails look great! I got a new set of gel nails with color gel & the price was quite reasonable. I already made my appointment for my fill-in! I was pleased with everything(service included) and I recommend this nail salon to everyone.

A small salon with street parking available. The four stars is for the nail artistry alone. The nail technician is an artist and she knows what she is doing. No, you don’t have to go to Manhattan to get glamorous nails. I only come here when I want something special done — a gel manicure with designs. They have quite the catalog to choose from on Instagram. Since I adjusted my expectations I am much happier. You don’t come here for warmth and a friendly welcome. My nail technician was meticulous and the final result was nice but the lack of warmth and extra touches left me feeling unappreciated. You just come to get damn nice nails.

Salon is small but clean, and the employees make you feel very comfortable. They play really calm Korean ballads and have their own store-made scented candles lit, which almost put me to sleep because I was so relaxed. I got a mani-pedi combo(regular) for $ 25, and spent almost 2 hours their as they took their time for both services. Dragged the hubby here with me and they made sure that he wasn’t too uncomfortable for his first mani-pedi :P Overall, very pleased with the level of service and ambience. Will be coming here again in the future!

For the price and quality of service, you can’t beat it. Pedicures starting at $ 18 includes a mini-paraffin treatment on the heels, an example of all the small things Yoo’s does to make your experience that much better! Great gel manis, starting at $ 25(I think) — Mrs. Chung(sp?) is very skilled and quick to help you try new designs. Her husband is very friendly and gives great pedis. The 2 other technicians are also skilled and very friendly. Great neighbourhood salon, good people — no need to go to manhattan or downtown flushing for great nails!

Finally found my new nail place!!! I’ve been without a regular nail salon for the past 2 years, so it’s nice to have a place to call home lol. The salon is small and they don’t have many workers, but it’s clean and fairly inexpensive(mani/pedi will run you about $ 25). Some of the perks about this place is that you get a nice leg massage AND the hot paraffin wax on your heels included with a regular pedicure. Now the #1 reason I love this place is that the owner does killer nail designs and I’ve never had a better gel manicure in my life. She’ll basically do any design you want(within reason, of course). Just show her a picture and she will definitely exceed your expectations. After she does a design, she takes a picture of your nails and posts it to the salon’s Instagram account! How adorable, right?!(Definitely check it out @yoosnails) If you live in the Flushing area, I highly recommend trying this place out.
