They will accommodate you as if it is their own ceremony. If anyone want impeccable plans, strongly recommended. We will remember you for rest of our life.!!

Great service, friendly staffs and beautiful dresses with reasonable price! Jenny showed me dresses that was perfect for me when I couldn’t give her much detail, she knew exactly what I wanted. She also picked best accessories for my dress. At the day of the wedding, everyone complimented on my wedding gown and reception dress. I loved working with Jenny and would definitely recommend my friends!

Attentive service, reasonable prices, and beautiful dresses! The two women who manage the store were so lovely and accommodating from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend to any bride-​to-​be who wants a quiet atmosphere to plan her look for the big day.

I wanted to start with, I never want to write anything bad about anyone. The saying is, if you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything at all. But I don’t want brides to come here for their most important day and end up feeling like crap and disappointed. I came here a few months back because of all the wonderful reviews. I have to say I’m not sure if I understand why… this place doesn’t have a large collections of wedding dress. Everything seems to be very similar. Very beaded, puffy, and heavy. I was told they carry a certain designer. When I went there they don’t even have one dress under that designer. They don’t even know when they will get what I wanted to look at. When I told them the color, forget it! They told me that’s not what most brides will wear. A lot of these reviews can mislead people like me to walk into this place thinking they will find something! I would save your time and go to somewhere in the city with a larger collection. Because that’s what I ended up doing.

I booked an appointment here for a friend of mine. We were running a bit late and called to let them know but no one picked up. When we finally arrived (7 minutes late to be exact), she was still with her previous appointment and told us repeatedly that we were very late. Even if we arrived on time, she would have made us wait. The whole appointment felt rushed and 5 minutes into our appointment with Jenny, she refused to show us more than 3 dresses saying that we should come back another day. My friend was from out of town so she needed to buy a dress and that was the only day she had time. If I could, this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. She was rude throughout our entire appointment which must be max 30 minutes long because 15 minutes in, she kept rushing us and didn’t even feel wanted anymore. My friend and her mom were so angry that we left after trying on 2 dresses. They had a decent collection but nothing to want to come back again for.

I just needed to come and say how wonderful Jenny is! I was part of a wedding (as a bridesmaid) that Jenny planned and executed and was amazed at her work. She was so attentive to details while still having full control of the craziness of a wedding! From day 1, when I walked into her store to try on the bridesmaid dress, I fell in love with her! I was around 6 months preggers when I went to go try on dress with 2 more months to go till the wedding. She was so accommodating and told me that she wants to do another fitting for me closer to the wedding date bc 8 mos is when my body would change the most with the pregnancy. She was absolutely correct! I was so thankful that she took the extra time with me and understood how difficult (sizing-​wise) it can be! When I returned for my 2^nd fitting, I had to bring my 2 yo daughter with me… She was so understanding when my daughter was all over the place and actually played with her while she was fitting my dress– I’m telling you. She is superwoman!
Now, this is where it gets better. After that wedding, I was in another wedding few months later. I had to order my dress while I was preggers so when the dress came in, of course it didn’t fit my post preggers body. I called around to see where I can get the dress fixed and everyone wanted to charge me basically the price of the dress to get it tailored. Then I remembered Jenny and gave her a call. She remembered me and told me not to worry and come in. I went to her bc I figured that even if she charges the same as the other people, at least I knew that she will do an awesome job, so I drove all the way to bayside from NJ to see her. She fixed my dress and told me not to worry about the money– bc I had to drive all the way from NJ to see her. Who does that??? How amazing is she??? I really wish she was in business when I got married… I told her that she makes me want to get married all over again just so I can go through her!

I came here recommended from my local seamstress (who’s daughter got her dress and bridesmaids dresses here a couple of years before). I asked my seamstress if she did the alterations for her own daughters gown and she said no, the seamstress there at white collection did it all perfectly! That’s when I knew it must be good!
As soon as I met Jenny, she asked me to show her a few inspiration pics of wedding gowns i liked. I didn’t come with a certain brand in mind just basic style, silhouette and fabric. Make sure to do that first because Jenny is great and pulled 5 dresses in my size right away. The first being the dress I fell in love with! She didn’t pressure me to decide right away and told me to come back in a few weeks and try the first dress again and 4 more. Again I chose my first dress and that was that! I also got my headpiece and gorgeous matching veil from her and she helped me decide on what type of jewelry to get since she did not carry the type I wanted. It was great working with her and everyone loved my gown and the fit! They did all my alterations several times with no complaint as I lost some weight right before from wedding planning stress. Whether you just need a dress or you need the full wedding planning package, White Collection is the place to go. I went to them just to rent my wedding dresses, but ended up using them for multiple services including day of coordinator, hair & make up, flowers, and décor. Jenny and Joann are just amazing. They are flexible, responsive, and really listened to what we wanted and helped plan a wedding that was beyond what we had imagined!

My wife and I first approached White Collections to help us arrange for an engagement photo shoot. To be honest, I was a bit uncertain at first because I had no idea what to expect as the dummy groomzilla, and there wasn’t any upfront pricing or price lists. However, after we’ve chatted a while with Jenny and Joann, we developed a high level of trust and comfort knowing that we’d be well taken care of. On wedding gowns & tuxedos, Jenny was very helpful in narrowing down styles (they do rentals) and was very patient and honest. Joann was very detailed and explained the pricing and process for the shoot.
After our very positive experience, we decided to engage White Collections to help us again on arranging our wedding reception. They knew that this was our reception #2 and were very accommodative to our budget. Yet they pieced together an excellent combination for the makeup, floral arrangements, music/​emcee, photographer, & videographer. We just received our photos and videos (by Lenny and Craig) and loved it. The night was just perfect. We had so many compliments from our guests on the flowers. Our guests ended up taking most of our floral arrangements home (luckily we were able to keep a few for ourselves!)
What we really liked about Joann and Jenny is that they really paid special attention to what we liked/​disliked and kept to our theme. They were on point with timing and kept us updated on when we needed to do certain tasks (pick song lists, pick a cake, etc.). They were great with communication and always replied quickly to emails and text messages (except on days when they’re preparing for weddings of course which is totally understandable).

I’ve been married for about a month thanks to the help of White Collections!
Luckily for me, I was able to witness my sister go through the process of planning a wedding before me and after seeing the level of professionalism and care I witnessed during my sister’s wedding, I knew I wanted to work with White Collections for my wedding also.
I entrusted the wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, groom’s and groomsmen tuxes, hair/​makeup and photography/​videography to Jenny’s expertise.
In hindsight, it was probably one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I had the help of those who have done this countless times before.
We went through a groups of thoughtfully curated photographers and makeup artists that they recommended and my fiancé (now husband) and I were able to choose fairly easily. We received a lot of positive feedback and raves about the quality and look of the photos from our engagement photo shoot so we knew that we were in good hands for the wedding.
Jenny is meticulous and honest, especially when it comes to picking out the dresses that best suit you and the style of your wedding. She selected a few dresses for me to try on and each one was better than the last. I am on the indecisive side but with her guidance, I was able to pick out the perfect dress without much difficulty.
We also really appreciated the level of care and concern she gave my husband for his in picking out his tuxedo styles since usually the grooms are somewhat overlooked or overshadowed by the bride.
Jenny and Joann exceeded my husband and my expectations in every way. They were a source of strength and sanity throughout the whole process and especially crucial during the final weeks leading up to and on the wedding day. Jenny made sure to keep me updated on what needed to be done so I didn’t have to panic or stress.
The day of the wedding they made sure that we were on schedule. Even when small setbacks arose with the venue, they made sure to handle everything with the highest level efficiency making sure not to let it disrupt the flow of the day. They went above and beyond to help us feel at ease and on top of everything.
I have received numerous times on how beautiful my dresses were, how great my husband, my mother, mother in law and bridesmaids looked with their hair and makeup styles, and how smoothly everything went. We can’t wait to see our wedding photos!
Jenny and Joann were so wonderful to work with and I want to recommend White Collections to any newly engaged couple who wants the utmost individualized service and care.

I’ve only been to two places, but the first place I visited was a lot better and professional than here. I’m not going to mention where but that place was also in Northern Blvd.
First, I thought it was a bit unprofessional that you don’t have a catalog or a price list when presenting yourself and your company. Despite having someone we know call beforehand to give us the extra attention, there was nothing special in our meeting.
Second, I won’t lie… the place looks clean, elegant and nice from the outside. This is why my fiancé wanted to visit this place before deciding. She did also have two other people that she knew that got it done here, one being her relative who suggested us to check this place out.
Let’s forget the pricing or the discounts, don’t really care for it as long as the first impression and experience was going to be okay. Marriage is a one time thing so it can be stressful to people who don’t know much, but when you come out with just an ipad on our meeting, that just means you don’t take us seriously. I’m still dumbfounded, how do you NOT have a catalog at a bridal shop?

I was on tight budget, but they really helped me making everything I wanted to come true. It was the best choice to rent my wedding dress and all the accessories came with the rental (And the gorgeous waist band!!!). I loved my dress as well.
I was extrememly satisfied with the centerpieces and bouquet. They were amazing.
They really knew what I wanted and make it exactly. I loved everything about the flowers.
Make up and hair was ok. I think I could have done better. And I think I didn’t have enough time the day of, so make sure you have enough time to do your make up and hair.
But I was so happy with other things, it didn’t really bother me.
Photographer; I went with Dh studio which was such a great choice. Don made me and my husband feel very comfortable. We hate taking pictures and I am not photogenic at all, but Don told us what to do and gave us good instructions, which was very helpful. He was very professional and nice.
And we finally got our photos a couple of days ago, and I am in LOVE!!!
The photos are how I wanted exactly. Nothing tacky but classic and simple.
He really utilized our gorgeous venue and it is so well incorporated in all of our pictures. He is a very talented photographer and we are so so so so satisfied with the pictures.
Overall, I would definitely recommend doing the whole package deal with Whitecollection. It is like one stop shop and makes everything so much easier.
I didn’t have a planner so I was the one who planned everything. Without whitecollection, I would have never done this well. What a great value as well! I feel like if I had done this all separately somewhere else, I would have paid more than double. I LOVED LOVED how things turned out! Especially photos and flowers.

White Collection was my go to for my entire wedding and bridal party.
Jenny at White Collection became my everything for the months leading up to the big day. It became very apparent early on that I needed to work with someone who knew the ins and outs of getting to the aisle. I definitely appreciate her eye for style, her keen sense and most of all her understanding of the emotional and practical values of a wedding (and for a to be bride).
Every detail of the wedding from the dress, makeup to photography, bridal party to dressing my parents, White Collection took care of every possible aspect.
The Dress — I was never a little girl that imagined a dress or the big day. I just figured, whatever fit would be fine. But that had changed so quickly. On my first scheduled visit, standing in the center of the boutique trying on the different dress styles, I felt special. For the first time I felt «bridal», and it didn’t scare me. Rather, it was a bubbly feeling one I had never felt before. It was Jenny’s warm assuring words and reliability that kept me calm about finding the perfect dress. It was as if she was inside my mind when she brought out this beautiful laced gown, form fitting all the while elegant in every way.
Makeup /​Hair — I wanted to look like me, just a more enhanced natural version for myself and that’s just what I had. I mean through the years, I had seen the best of brides, natural and glowing and the worst of brides, white powder faced, with layers of make up caked on their face. As for myself and my bridesmaids, we were so happy that the makeup artists knew of every detail to include for my big moment. I can say that I genuinely loved the way I looked, chic, clean, with just enough glam. My bridesmaids and I still laugh about how sturdy and well our hair held up throughout the entire day from 4 AM until midnight. Even with all the jumping, dancing and running around, we never had to make a hair or makeup adjustment throughout the entire wedding (unbelievable). Just be honest with yourself and tell them exactly how you feel. They’re extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about their services.
Groom, Groomsman and Tuxes — We knew it would be impossible for us to get all the groomsmen in to NYC. Location wise, the groomsman were just all over the place (from the inner suburbs of Pennsylvania to Nevada). My Groom was worried getting everyone properly measured because everyone he needed everyone on point and looking fresh. So before the bachelor trip, Jenny took the time out to teach the groom how to properly measure the other guys so that the measurements would be the most accurate. Since every tuxedo chain measures guys differently, we could not risk relying on anyone but ourselves. Seeing the guys on the day of, so well put together from head to toe made me appreciate the little details Jenny had gone over and included.
I will tell you that I have received numerous compliments from my bridal party, family members and guests about how seamless everything went. All the marginal details I had forgotten leading to the day were already pre-​prepped by Jenny even before I noticed. Any worries, alterations and or concerns my parents had (ex: straps, hair pieces, stockings, etc) were taken care of so quickly. I highly recommend working with White Collection. I feel fortunate that I got to soak in the moments and rare details of the wedding rather than it having been a huge blur. Knowing that someone else had handled my stresses, I felt extremely grateful, calm and poised.
My groom, now husband, still zooms into the photos to show me how well his tuxedo pant and jacket fit. Jenny knew that even the groom had to feel confident and look stunning during his walk down the aisle. It truly felt good not to carry a load of burden during the final countdown weeks.
Brides to be, do yourself (and your groom to be) a HUGE favor and leave it to White Collection to take make your day a beautiful one.

Nice dress but rude ppl with some attitude. They are selective on their clientele. And they don’t seem patient to explain. I am sorry this is my first time getting married. I am very inexperienced.

This is a long overdue review. (circa summer of 2012)
I was referred to this boutique by my friend who also purchased her wedding dress here. I’d always noticed this store when driving down Northern. It stands out as it’s well kept with an ever changing display in the window.
I had my heart set on a certain dress but when I tried it on at RK Bridal — it was in a dress size 10x bigger than what I am. My conundrum: order the dress in my size and pray it fits and flares where I wanted it to or find a similar style dress.
I made an appointment and showed Jenny some pictures of the style I was looking for and she helped me find a very similar dress to the one I wanted. The dress was 99% similar to the one I wanted but this one was only 1 dress size away from my size. The BONUS — it was also a lot less than the original dress I wanted!
So here’s a tip for you ladies: If you’re not a double digit size and you don’t trust the sales person at the other Bridal shops in the NYC area — Call to make an appointment and try on dresses in your size!

The store is kept in immaculate organized order and brightly lite with a huge fitting section (one bride to be at a time!). She gets in new styles and they put in a lot of effort in the window displays and table settings.
After purchasing my dress, I had numerous fittings. That’s what I get for picking a lace dress. The weeks that led up to my wedding were filled with dress fittings. Jenny and her seamstress were always quick to get me and in and out of them. After the big day, I even returned my dress for it to be cleaned & packaged. I was so happy with the level of service and attention, I recommended this boutique to my sister in law. She too also found a dress there and it was a beautiful dress when I got to see it recently on the wedding day!

I tried to find the wedding dress store in flushing, no dout white collection is the best. They have the best wedding dress collection and very reasonable price. We booked here two weeks ago and we flew from Florida yesterday for the wedding dress photography. They did really good job and we are satisfied with
complain at all. we also like the photographer they arranged for us as well as the makeup designer. If you want your wedding dress amazing and clean and also you are not looking for cheapest, white collection won’t disappoint you.

Im sure they have beautiful products.
First they tell me they dont rent dresses, then they suddenly do rent dresses and is able to ‘accomodate’ me, after i mentioned that i know people who have previously used their services
then they give me broad range in prices.
Overall, i felt like they wasted my time. I made an appointment to see photo sample, dress options, etc.
I left after an hour and pretty much had no information. The lady pretty much spent an hour telling me how to plan a wedding and when i should do what. …i didnt go there for that. waste of time.
And i think their prices are not accurate. I compare what they quoted me and other people. and it was a 2g difference.
i was not comfortable with them. They just felt shady.

I never even stepped foot in the store. I live near White Collection, so when I first began my dress shopping I thought to go there because it looked really nice from the outside… I always liked the dresses they had on display and it looked well kept inside.
I called to ask the store about their hours because I found it odd they were closed on a Saturday. I left a message on their answering machine and the rudest woman called me back and gave me the BIGGEST ATTITUDE when I asked when the store was open.
I’m sorry… I’ve never gotten married before I don’t know what bridal store etiquette is and I don’t think it was ludicrous of me to ask about store hours… a BRIDAL BOUTIQUE OWNER should understand that!
I was so disgusted with her I never called back to make an appointment.
