I highly recommend the Tint Shop and the amazing customer service the owner Steve and his team provides. Read on for my reasons why…
Initially I wanted to get my stone guards (protective film on the rear flared fenders on a Porsche) replaced as they were the wrong style and installed improperly positioned by another shop. I found The Tint Shop on Unilocal and they proceeded to install the correct style stone guards, but unfortunately they were installed in the same misaligned position that the prior ones were in (which was not The Tint Shop’s fault as they used the prior stone guard locations on my vehicle as a template).
Upon noticing this, I voiced my concerns that I wanted them installed in the same position as from the Porsche factory (yes, I know I was being anal but hey, it’s a 911, not a Hyundai). The owner Steve didn’t even bat an eye and without hesitation, promptly removed the newly installed stone guards, re-​cut another pair of replacement stone guards and reinstalled them exactly where I wanted them. Not only did this impress me, but what set the owner Steve apart was the manner in which he handled it. Steve was more than happy to set things right seeing that his customer was displeased (and when I mean happy, it literally was service with a smile). I have dealt with many automotive shop owners and TRUST me when I say that this is a commendable quality in a business owner, which is sadly becoming rare in this day and age.
In the near future, not only will I be returning to get the whole front end of my 911 re-​wrapped in Xpel protective film (the current protective film on the car was a sloppy installation by another shop), but I will be referring all my friends that are seeking out tinting or protective film services for their vehicles. Thank you Steve (and your team) for the excellent work and amazing customer service.

They use cutting edge materials (3M for tints and Xpel for clear protection film for bodywork), their workmanship is impeccable, the pricing is reasonable, and (most importantly) their customer service is nothing short of excellence.

Great place to tint your windows. Very friendly staff and exceptional service. Only problem I have is the price, 3M premium tint for a sedan is 225 dollars is pretty expensive. Other auto shops charges around 180~200 dollars for SUV. But other than that, their staff and service are excellent.

I feel that nice good quality tints really add a lot of appeal to a car. I’ve always wanted tints on my car and for a long time I was unsure of where to go.
The Tint Shop made it easy, I was able to make an appointment (which worked great with my busy schedule) and the nice gentleman Adam helped answer any questions I had! After he educated me on the different types of films, I wound on purchasing the 3M film and could not be happier. The job was complete in about an hour. I had the tints applied over 3 months ago and they still are scratch free and looked as good as the day they were installed.

Great customer service from Steve: they had to cancel our first appointment and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated for the inconvenience and gave us a great deal on the rear windows! We were scheduled and seen on time and they finished faster than anticipated. Everyone was really helpful, the tint finish looks amazing, and our child won’t be blinded anymore. We’ll be back for all general auto body needs.

Couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism from the Tint Shop. Not only were all my questions answered to satisfaction and accommodated, but each of my particular requests and concerns were trouble-​shooted with ease by Steve, so that I got everything I wanted from the tint job. Steve quoted me upfront with the prices on each type of tint for 3m premium, to ceramic or crystalline tint and gave me quotes on when I decided to do a hybrid of both the 3m for my rear windows and crystalline for the front. Landed up getting 5% 3m premium in the back and 35% crystalline front and I couldn’t be happier. my prior tints pale in comparison with what the Tint Shop was able to offer. Thanks Steve!

The guys at the shop were great, from customer service, pricing, service, speed, and delivery.
I went by on a whim for a quote on front tints and left a happy customer. The 3M 30 shade tints look great and and I was in an out in less than an hour.
I will say that as I was waiting, there were lots of other customers coming in to make appointments. So it looks like I got lucky that day and caught them without a wait time.
Overall I’m happy with the service and product.
