The Cellular Connection

I have been here two times (once in the past when I had my iPhone 5 and today with my Samsung S5). Both times just to get phone cases.
First off if you are looking for phone cases for iPhone, Samsung S5 and Note this is definitely a place you want to visit before heading to other Verizon wireless stores. They have great selection of cases. In my opinion their cases are much fashionable and better than the cases that other Verizon wireless shoes offer. They have other brands besides otter. They get their cases from Korea so the quality is pretty good. I never had a problem with my iPhone 5 case that I purchased from them and the only reason I got rid of it was due to the fact that I switched to Samsung S5. I just got a case for my S5 and I am sure it will be just as good.
Customer service was not bad at all. In fact, it was great. Maybe because I only got the case. The sales representative that helped me was able to answer all my questions and even let me try the case on before purchasing the case. They definitely need to greet their customers as they enter their store (hence the one star missing) but other than that the service was good both times I went to get phone cases.

RUDE people!!! Not courteous at all. These people should take sales training and learn how to treat customers. Seriously!!!

They could use some customer service classes.

These guys dont know anything about cellphone not even the ones they sell. Rude employees. I would never do business here

Nice selection, friendly service, and plenty of parking in their private lot down the street.
