This is where I have the blood work done. I remembered that this place doesn’t require an appointment. The people who work here are professionals.

Worst attitude ever! I didn’t make an appointment so I asked them if walk in is ok. They lady said sure just have a seat and wait. After an hour waiting I asked a blond tall lady approximately how long do I have to wait. She said I don’t know another hour, 3 hours or maybe a day. WTF, what kind attitude is that. People like that should not work in the health care industry because they are just making the patients more sickening.

You are waiting here as if nobody is working in here. Patients just wait without knowing when is the estimated waiting time. They will just tell you to wait, not in a very professional manner.

Horrible wait time… do not bring your kid here! They don’t even give an estimate wait time. Not kid friendly, avoid this place at all cost!

I waited for 2 hours just to get a simple lab test done. Avoid going in the morning there is only one lady who does receptionist and blood drawing.

The wait is long and i have never been to a place where you need to wait an hour just for a simple blood draw, the lady who worked there are rude and impatient, she sounded harsh every time there are customers ask her simple questions

Most unprofessional staff ever!
I was informed by by doctor that lab results are not coming from them so I went there to pick it up my self. They made me wait over hour for simple results, then they would not give it to me. So I told them to fax it to my doctor and they wouldn’t do that either.
They wanted to mail it to them and asked me to get the right address. Are you kidding me? I got upset and asked for supervisor and they faxed it right away.
What is the problem here?!
I don’t usually write these kinds of feedback but Quest needs to filter out their employees ASAP!
Two Chinese girls working at the front are most obnoxious unhelpful people ever!

If you happen to interrupt someone when they’re on the phone or reading the newspaper AND if you don’t «speak their language.
Well…
Let’s just say they’re a little «less than professional».
But otherwise it is one of the cleanest, well maintained Blood & Urine Diagnostic center.
Just might have been the staff person I interacted with, but this was my first visit to this place who rushed me through the process.
A good place for those in a hurry… I guess?

Paid a small co-​pay due to my health insurance but it’s ok.
The facility is pretty new and very clean.

The place has the most unprofessional and the most cocky staff I have seen. I am a pharmacist therefore I know a thing or two about customer service. I was there to have my blood drawn for a special test with a special kit from one of the quest diagnostic branch.
When the kit arrived, the letter accompanied with it stated I can bring the kit to almost any lab to have a walk-​in blood drawn without specifying when and I assumed any business time is good. I went there on a Sat without opening the kit to see what’s inside, besides why would I want to open it up? The staff saw the kit on my lap, she immediately said only Mon-​Fri. I referred to the letter that accompanied the kit and she said its in the box. She will open it to show me. No problem so far, but then!
After she opened the box and found the paper with the instruction to the STAFF and then her attitude changed from ok to cocky and obviously annoyed. She said you saw this right? Is it correct? in a very demeaning and belittled tone. She messed up the whole content inside and tried to rush me out of the cubicle with everything still opened. I mean, I know Chinese people in Flushing can be annoying but don’t take it out on another person. Called their customer complaint service and left a message because their business hours are Monday to Friday only. They have such a nice job.

This is where you go for lab tests when your doctor don’t want to do it themselves. This is where your blood and urine goes when your doctor want things analyzed. And this is the shiniest, brightest laboratory I’ve ever visited.
It took a while finding this place. My doctor gave me a business card with their old address on it (they used to have a smaller office on the 5^th floor, and Queens Crossing never bother taking down the name plaque). Do not be fooled! You enter from the 39^th Ave entrance and take the elevator all the way up. Even though the plaques have no indication, the lab is here.
Upon entering the shiny white lab, you sign in, state your purpose, and someone is usually there to help you.
