Very very bad customer experience. They offer you low price as premium, but later on they charge you more when you stared filing. Not a CPA, only tax prepare, unprofessional.

A friend reccomended this place to me. I decided to have my taxes done here. I met with Ruth Wu and she directed me to some of her employees. They help me with all I need to provide them and my taxes were so fast. I actually received more back than I ever have before :-). Very good place you can trust.

The most unprofessional tax service. They use low cost quote to get you started filling out the forms and then raise the price once you begin the process. The owner Mrs Wu is unprofessional and rude. Stay away!

Ruth has over 25 years of experience in tax services. I have been with her forever. She is the best accountant in town, serving the chinese/taiwanese community and many others with her sincerest dedication to helping people recover their tax refunds from the government. She is very sharp and efficient with the intent to get to the point of your issues and does her best to get you what you need! She has many clients from all over the country, doing small and large business and individual tax returns every year. How she manages it all is really a mystery! Highly recommended for all your tax related services.

been getting my taxes done here at this office for years and always get excellent service and advice since I got my first grown-up job. The facilities are clean unlike most crappy offices in the area and staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the guys who work here look like taiwanese singers. Get a business entity formed, have your employees’, income, and business taxes done, and get a plethora of useful tips on personal and corporate investments and financial management. Also, the accountant boss lady has the cutest puppy!

Very efficient and fast — I’ve used them for years without a complaint. They were particularly helpful and knowledgeable during the ²⁰⁰⁸⁄₂₀₀₉ market correction where I had to wind-down my real estate related business and made a painful situation slightly less.
I worked with Julia and Mrs. Wu and found them to be responsive and courteous. I did knock off one star because I’m a native English speaker and when Julia and other native English speakers aren’t available during peak times, there is a slight wait.
Still, highly recommended.
