I finished up two real estate transactions with Jeremy. I sold a condo and bought a house. My condo ended up to be a total nightmare on Elm Street. Jeremy did the best he could to help deal with Freddy the management. We ended up suing the board and He didn’t even charge me for it. I was lucky to finally sell after 3 contracts. They can be slow to respond sometimes because they are super busy. I would definitely use them again.

It took me a while before I was able to find a lawyer who was affordable! Jeremy helped me with my real estate purchase. This was my first time going through the process and he did a great job explaining to me all the steps that would be coming up. Getting the contract completed quickly was so important to me since the seller could accept another offer at any moment. Jeremy was more aggressive than me! Always kept me updated on the seller’s attoney’s status. I thought emailing him would take a while for a response but nope, he responded with 30 minutes. What I really appreciated was the time he gave me to air my concerns with him and his frank professional opinions.
I saw him at his flushing office, his staff was a bit problematic for me with the communication barrier but as soon as I called the office the assistant quickly transferred me to speak with Jeremy. He also gave me late appointments which is awesome since I work normal 9 – 5 hours.
