if this was 25 some odd years ago this rating would’ve been 5 stars. He was always a pretty good doctor, took time to discuss issues and he seemed to have an interest in my health. After all, he delivered my two children, now grown. However, due to an incident concerning my mammogram results, things have taken a turn. Two weeks ago, i went to the radiology center upon his referral, the staff there were very nice, very professional, in and out quickly. Thought nothing of it. 1 week after, last Thursday to be precise, i get a voicemail message from a woman speaking in broken english. i called back the number the woman, again speaking in broken english, says something about my mammogram results, the doctor wanted to discuss my test results, i didn’t even know who was calling initially because i didn’t recognize the number(different from the office number). i asked what was wrong, she just stated i should make an appointment(at the regular office number) i called back the office number, and a man replied that the doctor wasn’t in, that he’s off on Thursdays? Who does that? Have an office associate or answering service call about test results.. He also had those results the day before(he was open) why not call personally or have the nurse do it when i could speak with someone? . Fast forward, i didn’t hear from the office again, however, i got a letter from the radiology center 1 week later stating there were findings that required a second mammogram, etc. I called the radiology center, and a very nice woman assured me that these things happen a lot, etc. She gave me an appointment for two weeks later and advised me to call the doctor for more information. i promptly vented my discontent with this doctor and informed her i would be finding a new one. She seemed to be a good listener and even agreed the situation wasn’t handled in the best way. i guess he didn’t see or didn’t care that getting phone calls like this are nerve wracking and it’s his job to make sure information is given in a gentle and effective manner. To add to something Vicki the other reviewer mentioned, i also think his office staff is rude and uncaring and appear to have no interest in the patients comfort. To anyone looking for an ob gyn be warned that this doctor isn’t the best choice. Find someone that is not only an outstanding diagnostician, but, also has caring and good communication skills. i think he also needs to retire or get a partner.

Dr, is fine. But the receptionist is so rude!!! They made a mistake to claim my insurance company, but I never requested it! I asked them what happened it is. They was like«How would I know?» OMG! I would never ever go there again!
