HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The girl and guy at the front desk LIED to my mom’s face and said she never made an appointment when she did. It was confirmed earlier this afternoon. Their excuse was «we dont answer the calls at the NY office, the NJ office does». Are you serious?! What’s your job as receptionists then if you dont take calls at the front desk? The doctor himself is alright and knows what he’s doing. If only the supposed «receptionists» did…

Very rude and unprofessional. I got a appointment to check out my ear and was recommended a MRI exam. Concerned about the health hazards of a MRI I called to ask a question and the receptionist actually laughed at me. Though I know better now, many patients are not as informed as the physicians and the fact that a patient can’t ask a question without being patronized displays the substandard quality of this facility.
