My wife went there for regular checkup. Staffs were ok and place was clean. At the checkup she was told that she is diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori.(Bacteria found in stomach which causes ulcers and other acids) and she was told to take additional test at the lab. —(See my other review about terrible lab below) She went to the lab located in different place to take additional test and lab sent the results to this office. Later she called to confirm the results and they kept telling her that they never received it. So she had to call the lab numerous times to resend the results and after numerous attempts, they finally received it and she was told to come back for results. So she went back to the doctor AGAIN to discuss the results and doctor said, ‘Test says negative. you don’t have it’ WHATTHEHECK!!! — all that hassle of going back and forth for this?!! Was this the reason why they kept telling us they never received the results??? And yes, they still had decency to charge her for check up and made her pay co-pay for 5 min admitting their mistake. Later when I check the insurance claims and they claimed $ 350 for one day checkup and $ 670 for their inaccurate lab test and made my wife go back and forth to a different lab just to find our the results were negative.(I’m seriously considering whether I should report this to my insurance company.) We felt like we were in some sleazy car dealer who’s only purpose is you rip you off. Yes we overheard you over the phone telling worker to «Don’t tell the results, just tell her to come for results» so you can charge the crap out of your inaccurate results.

I had a chronic cough in the summer and she told me it was allergies and prescribed me antibiotics. The cough was suppressed immediately after the 10 day antiobiotics. She has a very calm demeanor and I was able to speak fluent English with her(important for those who can’t really speak Korean!) The main reason I give her 5 stars is that she caught my grandma’s cancer in the very early stages. Granted my grandmother goes to the doctor on a consistent basis, but due to testing, Dr. Kang immediately recognized a problem in one of her scans. I don’t want to think about if my grams didn’t find the cancer early. MAKE A DOCTOR’S VISIT!

I had a bad cough. It was also Monday and I didn’t want to return to work. Time to play hooky and get a doctor’s note for it! The office was quiet and there was only one other patient in the waiting room. I had to wait a little bit(20 minutes or so) but what doctor’s office isn’t always behind with its appointments? The doctor checked me out and could converse fluently in Korean or English. She diagnosed me with a respiratory infection, gave me the prescription, and asked me when I’d like to return to work. She suggested Thursday and I was thrilled! No work for two more days! She extended my Thanksgiving break for three days total. Awesome! I love this doctor!
