All I have to say is AMAZING! I haven’t done my eyebrows since January because the last place I went to they did them very thin. I have naturally thick eyebrows so I do not like thin eyebrows! Im not sure whats her name :(I told her to her clean my eyebrows and she made sure I liked one side before proceeding to the next side. She was very gentle while threading my eyebrows and she was very friendly! I had a great experience!

I’ve been looking for a new threading and waxing place for a few months after getting really burned at a place near Queens Center Mall.
I found this place on Unilocal and decided to try it on a day off. Turns out they have a special for brazilian waxes on tuesday and wednesday! Nisha was great with the waxing and the cleanup of my eyebrows. Really clean place and there’s even a parking lot in the back! (Though neighborhood parking is fairly easy too.)
Definitely coming back here!

Wow, amazing handiwork! Great arch for brow and speed was phenomenal! I avoid getting my lip threaded bc it is usually so painful, and this was a completely different experience. Wish I lived closer– i would be a regular!

Love love love these ladies! Been coming here for years now. Every time my eyebrows are perfect. If I mess them up (which I have by accident «tweaking them» in between times work hasn’t allowed me to make the business hours) they were always able to get me right back on track. Their waxing services are awesome. Clean sanitary and super friendly service time and time again. I won’t go anywhere else!

When Kemala first opened years ago I started coming her and now our girls come here too.

Kemala and Nisha are extremely welcoming and friendly. The salon is CLEAN.
They really have the hand for threading, because it is a form or art.

This is a nice clean place that is shared with a salon. The lady was very quiet but nice and was very get down to business… my type of woman! I would definitely keep coming back here as my brows are flawless right now.

Wooooo hoooo I popped my threading cherry today at Kamal after seeing all the amazing and positive reviews. What a convenient location right across from my old JHS (I.S. 25) and on the same block as my favorite store Dollar Tree. Very spacious and clean store front where they shared the space with a hair salon. All three threaders were busy assisting the customers already in the chairs. Good to know that men actually do threading over a razor hehe. When its finally my turn, I told Appu that I just wanted to have a nice shape and not too short. Definitely it was a different kind of feeling from plucking eyebrows to waxing eyebrows.
Threading is WAY BETTER and I am sold finally! Affordable 6 bucks for eyebrows and I gave her a 2 bucks tip as she was pretty awesome.

Great price and great service. Can’t beat the $ 6.00 for eyebrow threading! I walked in without an appointment and had 3 people ahead of me but the wait was less than 10 minutes.
Will be back.

I came here a few times for eyebrow threading. Some ladies are amazing at threading, some leave tears/​cuts above and below my brows. The last two times I’ve been here, my skin was seriously hurt and left superficial scars on my face. I understand that I have sensitive skin but some were too rough and was rushing with no breaks in between threading. A lot of times only one lady is working there and she happens to be the one who is not good. Since I am not sure who will be working there when I stop by, I don’t want to waste my time to be back to have a bad experience again.

Awesome salon! Very clean and great service! Always patient with every customer and not in a rush! Nisha waxes amazingly and does a great job with threading and I am not kidding when I say its painless compared to other salons I have been to! They don’t double dip when using wax which is a plus in my books! The prices reasonable!

I use to go to the Benefit Brow Bar in rosevelt field mall… yes I paid $ 22 and drove 30 mins East for my brows. That is how picky I am, lol. So to say the least I was very skeptical of this place: it was very close by, reasonably priced ($ 6 cash), and raving reviews. But I took the leap and thought I would give it a shot. So glad I did!!! She listens so well, so sweet and is very fast. She uses a thinner thread so it doesnt hurt at much and shapes them naturally, doesnt force the arch or go too far in trimming. I am so so so happy I found this place. Love my brows :)

My new favorite threading place! For both upper lip and eyebrows, it was only $ 10. I decided to relocate after my former threading salon wasn’t up to par. I was hesitant to try a new salon, but they did not disappoint.
I did have to wait as there were two people ahead of me, but it was less than 10 minutes. She took her time, though there were several people waiting. The place itself isn’t very ascetically pleasing, but it gets the job done well.

I’m a convert! I used to trek all the way to rego park for my eyebrows but after a mishap of them messing up my eyebrows and not having enough time to trek so far this time around I decided to check out a closer neighborhood place. I saw the good reviews for this place and decided why not give it a shot? And well… Unilocal really is the best place to come to for good advice as to where to go. It has never failed me and it didn’t this time either. I waited a while to get kamal to do my eyebrows and it was a rather long wait because she gives so much attention to each of her clients. But I’m not complaining. I showed a picture of what I wanted my brows to look like since the other place messed it up so bad and I finally grew it out. She worked patiently with me to get it to the shape that I wanted. And must I say, I barely teared at all! Ok maybe half a year when she did my upper lips. But the brows felt like nothing at all. That’s how professional she is. I wish I could keep this place hidden so that the wait will be less. However that doesn’t do this place justice. This place really is an A in my books! I love going here to get my eyebrows done I never leave here disappointed. Nisha and Kamal are the two people that I trust with my eyebrows there. I have never gone to anyone else there so I cant speak for their work. I highly recommend this place. It is close to my job also so I go on my lunch breaks and its very convenient.

I was skeptical at this place since there were so little reviews but went anyways since there were a lot of positive comments. I’ve never gotten my eyebrows done before so I was scared about going to a place & messing them up. When I first arrived there were people before me. There was only one worker & she told me to sit down. It was about a 20 min wait since there were 4 people ahead of me. When it was my turn she asked how I wanted it done. I told her I wasn’t sure because it’s my first time doing it. She said it’s okay & she did one eyebrow & showed me in a mirror to see if I liked it. I thought threading would hurt but I barely felt anything. I really like the results, fast process. It was worth the wait & I’m definitely coming back.

I decided to go here this morning for my eyebrows. I am happy with the way they were done and would definitely come back!

Fast, very clean, amazing job eyebrow threading (really gave me a nice shape!), very fair pricing, street parking and easy access from home. I’m a fan.

Wow I can’t even begin to tell you how extremely happy I am with my eyebrows. I will post a photo with my review to show you. I had them threaded and tinted and I will most definitely without a doubt be coming to the salon from now on. I highly recommend this threading place to anyone and everyone who just loves getting their eyebrows threaded!!! 100 percent satisfied!

Been here for eyebrow threading a few times now. The salon space is clean and well-​lit. I never have to wait more than fifteen minutes. On an impulse today I got a henna tattoo done on my hand. Showed a design to the lady and she went ahead and free-​handed it. I love the outcome and may come back for the henna — definitely for the eyebrows.
