Joyful Yummy House

It’s always hard to choose what to eat in a food court, especially a new one like this one on Roosevelt!
like Anderson’s 1^st review… rolled the dice on this place and it hit the mark! winner winner chicken dinner! our Elite friend must have «crapped out»!! =P
I ordered the hui noodle with lamb!
it’s actually only 2 types of noodles. the thick type similar to xian which i like and also the potato starch clear kind which i also like… i love all kinds of noodles!!!
but what impressed me was the flavor of the lamb pieces. they had a really deep flavor to it which to me means it must have been brined really well.
only knock is they are skimpy with the meat! I was however surprised to uncover some tofu strings which made up for the lack of meat and as well as some goji berries which made the soup appear more herbally! def a nice touch there!
add some hot chili oil and some of that green «ma yiu’ oil (green pepper sesame oil?) and this noodle kicks up another notch!
I came back 2x just for this noodle soup and enjoyed it each time!
I say this place def beats Yunnan flavor garden in brooklyn!

Joyful Yummy House,
I came and tried your chow,
And when that chow was made,
Since I had already paid,
I brought the noodles and tray,
To find a seat to stay.
First I took some pictures,
Then I wrote some scriptures,
On that Unilocal app tips,
These other Unilocalers don’t know about this,
I heartedly stirred with my chopsticks,
Oh what the FU_​K is this,
The noodles thick as FU_​K,
Great that is just my luck.
So I took a bite,
I think I lost my appetite,
The chunks of noodles just too much,
The beef was also as such.
I wondered I paid $ 6.50 for this,
Now I’m really pissed,
Not because of the price,
Because I rolled the dice,
2 words «Joyful» & «Yummy» enticed,
I won’t make that same mistake twice.
Then I scooped and snapped,
More of those photographs,
The food I threw it out,
To the trash can and then I pout,
I can’t believe this sh_​t,
Maybe I should just omit.
Then I thought again,
Well I guess my friend,
It’s time to eat something else,
As these people glanced to sell,
And maybe telling them this in person,
But not completely compelled,
So I walked around some more,
To see what other shops had in store.
And finally I found something to eat,
Hopefully this place has better noodles and meat.

Got the Noodle Soup with Chicken. Great dish. It had plenty of chicken and noodle in it. There was also veggies and quail eggs.
