I wanted to find a new tax accountant since I had a bad experience with a prior accountant. I was doing a lot of research and made numerous phone calls on a Sunday. Most places are closed but Jenny’s office answered and gave me the appointment I needed the next day and the exact time I wanted. Her staff was very attentive and addressed me as soon as I walked in the door. Jenny was very professional, personable and informative. I had a lot of questions and concerns which she addressed in detail. I absolutely loved my experiences doing taxes this year — which I thought I would never say. She will be my accountant from here on out. I’m very happy to have found such a good place.

I have been with Jenny and Betty for a few years now. The service has always been a very pleasant one. They are very responsive to any question their clients might have. They always have a solution for you regardless of the situation maybe. I couldn’t ask for a better CPA. I am really lucky to have Jenny and Betty assisting me in term of business taxes and individual tax.

I have spoken to them on the phone and met with Betty. She is professional and patient. Fluent in English and Chinese. And the process was fast. Excellent service without waiting in long line, without a CPA yelling at you, delaying your tax return, or stall your tax because they don’t have time for you and file tax extension without telling you. Never had experienced such a great service like this one. You have made my job easy as a bookkeeping for a company.

Jenny has been my family’s accountant for years. Every year we will prepare the necessary documents and sit with her and complete filing our taxes in an hour or less. We always walk out learning more about accounting. Her services does just stop there. She also takes the time to answer our questions throughout the year. All in all, I am very satisfied having her as my accountant.

If you’re looking to file your taxes and you’re like me, financially illiterate and waited last minute till the deadline, these guys will break it down for you and you’ll leave the office burden free within an hour.
Jerry was again, a tremendous help. He assisted me with my taxes last year at The Tax Station (their sub-​company that moved off Main St. Flushing) and he turned a potentially stressful and tedious process into a surprisingly pleasant one.
He reviewed my supporting documents carefully and then proceeded to ask me relevant questions. He was able to determine that my mother had not claimed my tuition credit as an undergrad college student, so by that he was able to grant me a COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS REFUND. It was a huge relief and a pleasant surprise that I would not be forking out money this year due to taxes. I really appreciate all the effort and patience he put into working with me and my mom. Extremely grateful.

Jenny is very knowledgable in her field. She took the time and explained to me and my wife line by line, everything that she did for us.
She made sure to educate us on everything that we needed to know in order to get the maximum of what we were entitled to on our Personal Tax Return.
She also went above and beyond by educating us about other things we could do with our money to make more money with it and she didn’t have to, because she wouldn’t make a dime on it any ways.
Over all, we will definitely be back next year and we highly recommend her.
ps. when you walk into her office, you won’t feel like you have walked into Elmhurst Hospital Emergency room, cramped with 50 people, like some other places. It’s a very private, comfortable setting ;)

WOW. I used their service to file at once 2009 – 2013 with a woman Yvonne (unfortunately she is no longer there) and was WOWED at the efficiency, accuracy and excellence. I didn’t even have to go into the office, we did everything through email.
I just filed 2014 tax with a woman named Betty today, tomorrow I move to China. Even with such a tight time crunch, I was again, WOWED. Again, everything was done through email and phone calls. She was so excellent, efficient, so so excellent, I can’t rave enough about her and the whole practice.
Even from China, I know I’m going to use their service again for 2015 tax — they are truly exceptional and hope their business grows!

Jenny’s office is very professional and quick to ease any of your concerns. Her knowledge and insight are unparalleled. Many accountants in the Flushing area do not have the required language skills to communicate with people but Jenny and her accountants do. I would definitely recommend her services for your tax preparations and accounting needs.

I went to see Jenny on a recommendation and I went to her office. She is patient and explains tax regulations clearly and with attentiveness. I appreciate that she treats you with a personal touch and also very helpful in making recommendations for future tax preparations.

I stumbled upon this place when I was buying bubble tea and this guy handed me a coupon for Grand opening; which they have people standing out there handing it out still… :-D He told me this place had 30yrs experienced accountant, I was worried they would speak broken English or none lol But when this flyer guy spoke and in fluent English… I was sold … lol
Feb. 4^th, 2014 Tuesday — I filed my taxes at this new spot in Flushing for $ 30 very pleased of this price tag. The office is kind of small, but they get the job done. I got my tax return in the bank account by March 2, 2014 Sunday :-D Don’t let this Chinese spot fool you cause it’s Main St. Flushing, they speak fluent English guys !! Communication is and was NOT an issue; My boyfriend’s Russian and they did a great job for him as well. (Will do follow up post once he gets his money)
My previous location cost be $ 40 after discount for the same amount of paper work. :/​

I went to Jenny’s office for 2013 tax filing. She was very helpful and efficient. A lot of my friends said that their tax accountants required them to visit the office twice in order to get the filing done. She did everything during my first visit, quick and well done.

My parents and I were referred to Jenny by my aunt, who she went to for over 10 years. Jenny is very professional and a true expertise in this field. She is very helpful and will be sure to clear up any uncertainty and questions you may have!
