One of the best features about our studio is that our location is extremely convenient. We’re located right on Main Street Flushing and only three blocks away from the subway station, and many other bus options, meter parking is also available on our block as well as Northern Boulevard. The Gold VS Hot Yoga studio offers a wide range of yoga classes, including Hot yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Basic yoga, Power yoga, Detox yoga, Relaxation yoga, Slimming yoga, Mat Pilates. Each one of these courses have different purpose and are designed to fit all of our student’s specific needs whether you have been practicing for years or a first time beginner. We also currently offer Family Couple yoga, Pregnant yoga, Kids yoga, Infrared Sauna Detox yoga, Advanced Level yoga, these are available upon reservation. Our studio is well-equipped with blocks, bolsters, mats, and straps. Small classes are held to provide you with individualized attention from the teachers. Starting in 2015, our studio will also be offering dance classes including Zumba, Aerobic, Break Dancing, Hippop, Kickboxing, feel free to call us for more details.

Established in 2014.
Gold VS Hot Yoga was created with the intention of bring the Yoga exercise and Yoga spirit closer to the up-and-rising community in Downtown Flushing. As the economy booms in Flushing, more people are stressed from their day-in and day-out work load. At Gold VS we hope to help people realize that working hard is important, but at the same time exercising is also crucial to help you release your stress and keep your body healthy.
Meet the Manager
Vanessa H.
Manager
Vanessa first encountered yoga since the year 1997, and yoga has become part of her daily life ever since. Gold VS Yoga was founded in Flushing with Vanessa’s spirit that she wanted to bring yoga closer to the Flushing community. While managing Gold VS on a daily basis, Vanessa is also a yoga instructor herself. She has previously taught and is still teaching at a local fitness center nearby Flushing Korea Town. Vanessa can speak English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. So when she was teaching at the fitness center she was able to attract lots of students from all kinds of different ethnicity background.
Vanessa came from Taiwan in 2007. Before then she was a part-time singer, actress, performer, and appeared in numerous television shows and drama series. She also went to countless countries, including spending a few years in both Japan and Dubai. Vanessa was also a yoga instructor in Dubai which she focused primarily on adults and kids yoga.
