Brought a lost pup here once and I wanted to check if it has a microchip and the receptionist was like «we are not a shelter» in the rudest voice ever. Ok fine, it shows how much this vet cares about animals.

I was at the Bronx office and had an outstanding experience with the receptionist as well as the Vet. Surgery was scheduled at the Flushing Office. I met Patrick a pleasant, knowledgable staff member that assured me that my Yorkie would be okay. He informed me of the procedure and continued to reassure me that my baby girl would be okay. The vet is outstanding with over 40 years of experience, prices are reasonable, and staff members are understanding. Thank you!!!

I have been taking my dog here for 9+ years. Dr. Soliman and his staff have been providing good care for my dog all these years. Their prices are reasonable compared to other veterinary clinics around the neighborhood.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They have the worst receptionist!
We used to go to this place for 7 years, until last year one of my dogs died under their care because of his person Patrick. Our dog did a patella surgery on both legs, after the surgery they suppose to put on a e-​collar to avoid any licking. They were careless, my dog got infections on the incisions because this man Patrick didn’t put a e-​collar on my dog so he licked himself. They even tried to blame my dog for that. How ridiculous is that!!! My dog wasn’t getting any better but they kept telling us he was doing good. In two weeks our precious died in the clinic.
I know I am not going back to this place ever again with my other pets. So we are going to a me place and This guy Patrick who hang up on our phones. When we requested medical records he delays two weeks and when we called the third time he said they don’t give out medical records via fax or email and hung up again. We called back and he just yelling at us. He was really rude! For all the animal lovers and owners please take my advice, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Honestly I don’t even know what to say. The receptionist is probably the best attention I’ve received here. Dr. Soliman is pretty rude. I took my dog here recently and he told me my dog has a heart murmur everytime I ask a question this man would get irritated. Worst of all he got irritated with my dog because he wasn’t being easy. Come on now YOURE A VET you’re going to have a difficult animal every once in a while. But unfortunately I don’t have a car and this is the only place I can take my 70 pound Dalmatian to. I really wish I can give him more stars but I can’t

Dr. Soliman is my hero. After a couple days of trying to self-​help my cat, Smurgle’s condition, I knew I needed professional help. Thanks to Dr. Soliman, we discovered that my cat actually had a severe kidney issue and was put on medication right away. The doctor was smart, compassionate, and truly made me feel comfortable with the decisions we had to make. He literally saved Smurgle’s life. I am forever grateful to Dr. Soliman and his entire staff.

To start, his prices are very reasonable for a Vet. My dog had gotten into the garbage and ate something she was not supposed to. She had to have emergency surgery to get the item removed from her stomach. When I called the office, I spoke to Rafaela and she was so compassionate and understanding to the matter (I was freaking). She got me in as soon as possible and Dr. Soliman did surgery that day.
While I was in the waiting room, I got to meet one of his loyal clients that has been bringing her animals to him for 10+ years. As you could imagine, that was very comforting.
Not only did he save my dog’s life, he charged half of what other vet’s would have charged me.
I have been going to see him since. He is a wonderful, hardworking doctor and he is the only one I would trust with my animals.

I found this terrible vet off of friends of animals neutering program. unfortunately Flushing Vet Med center was a very bad place to take my pet. I never met the vet the whole time. When I picked up my dog after he seemed fine but once he was home he was crying for a whole week and was peeing blood for 4 days. Upon calling the vet there was no assistance. He was always out of the office and I could not get any help even when I described his condition. I ended up taking my pet to another vet and paid for additional work up and medications. Over 300dollars later my pet was still crying and peeing blood. The other vet was in disbelief at what he did! Please remove them so that any other pet owner can avoid this heartache. this vet needs to lose his license. He doesn’t care about animals. Please don’t go to that place! I give him 0 stars

Worst Clinic Ever. My labrador suffered from an ear infection. The doc simply cleaned his ears with a solution that is available on Amazon for $ 10. We were charged $ 45 for the same. He prescribed an ointment which is available online for $ 13 and charged us $ 35. All in all, we ended up paying $ 205 for a simple ear infection. No way we are ever going back again.

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst vet ever! Both the doctor and the receptionist have no moral standard!
My little dog passed away by an unfortunate accident, we took him to this nearby hospital right away. The doctor gave us two options: cremation or burial. Public cremation with other pets is $ 50 with no ash back; private individual cremation is $ 225 with ash back; burial will cost more than $ 1000. I decided to have the private cremation so I can keep my dog’s ash. Paid the service in full of $ 225, scheduled with a different pet cremation service 6 days later since they only pick up deceased pets on Mondays.
They had to freeze my dog, so we left him at the vet. The whole family was very sad about this unfortunate accident, no one slept that night. After the family discussion, we wanted to spend little bit more money and bury the dog at this beautiful Regency Forest Pet Memorial Park in Long Island, so his spirit is surrounded by other pets and living animals in the park.
We went back to the vet next day, told the receptionist that we’re going to do the burial service instead, want to get a refund on the cremation service that we paid. Guess what, drama begins here. That african american receptionist is VERY RUDE, no wonder he can only find a job at this ghetto place! At first, he said he has to charge me for the overnight staying fee for the dog — which is fine with me; and then he wanted to charge me for the preserving fee for freezing my dog — okay, at the end he said that I can only get a few buck back! WHAT?!! Cremation usually cost about $ 150+, the vet makes some fee for being the middle person. Now they just finding ways to keep all the money since we decided not to do the service there. Went back to the vet 3 times tried to talk to the doctor, and he’s not even there.
The receptionist told me that the doctor is not happy about this situation. REALLY?! You didn’t provide the cremation service and trying to keep all the money that we paid, and you’re not happy about it?! HOW COULD YOU TRY TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF A DEAD PET? Don’t you have kids? All I can say is that Karma comes around and goes around.

Terrible. They never called back with blood results. (Which would take only a week)
My dog didn’t get better and they charged a fortune.
I should have trusted the first reviewer in here. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

this place is a rip-​off, don’t go there unless u have way too much money in your bank account. they are selling a bottle of 20ml Antibiotic for$ 45 which i found online for only $ 10. they tried to charge me $ 400 plus $ 35 per tooth for the dental surgery which i only spent $ 230 at the other clinic. i will not go back again…

The rudest receptionist that I have ever seen! No patience, cold, careless, it seems like that even your pet is dying in front him, he can still say «it’s none of my business!» The doctor didn’t pay attention to my dog! After visiting there my dog had diarrhea.
