Firstly the owner Zack is professional, knows what he’s doing and doesn’t waste time doing it.
His workers are polite, do their job thoroughly!
I live in LI but always make the ride down to Queens here just due to the incredible service I get!

I have been to Flushing Tire several times where Zack has actually turned me away because he said NO WORK was needed on my car. They are really great guys there and i trust them implicitly.

Our household has 3 – 4 cars at any given time. When you live in Queens there are just so many gems not reachable without your own car. But its NyC and in wintertime the roads get salted and cratered, then torn up in the summertime to be repaved then next winter the vicious cycle continues.

I read the good reviews online and decided to give them a try. I couldn’t find a place after work to get my tire fixed. And since they closed at 8pm I decided to go here. I needed a patch since I had a slow leak on one of my tires due to a nail. I arrived and I was greeted and serviced right away. These guys did a great job. There was no wait. I was in and out within 15 mins or so. My tire got patched up and I was good to go. Happy with the service. So far so good with my tire. I will go to them again for all my tire needs.

I bought a brand new tire from them about 2 years ago for $ 100,because that was the closest tire shop nearby. and the tire getting bubbled right after 2 days. I went back, talk to the guy, He said he could not change a another one, I was pissed off, and took a picture, and told them, I will call 311, They told me :” Whatever, call anybody you want to call.” This was the awful place I have ever been.
I am searching the auto repair shop today and this shop came out, remind me the bad experience there. Sad!

These guys are awesome… always ready to get the job done. Even if they are busy. the owner is super nice and always welcomes you to sit in the office specially when the weather is bad. highly recommend

In & Out! Not the burger joint but the speed of this place. I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire. They patched it and I was on my way in 15 minutes. This was about two months ago and my tire light hasn’t come on since thanks to them.

This shop is my Go To, Zack and Soul are the best, they are Very HONEST which is very important for people like me who have no idea whats wrong with their cars, prices are the best too, I had 4 more shops I used to go to before I found this place, will definitely come back!

Not sure why there are all these bad reviews but these guys are awesome. My family has been using 2 different mechanics for years and I personally like these guys a lot more because safety is their main priority. I came in for an annual inspection and they told me that I should really change my rear rotors and pads. At first, I was trying to talk them out of it because… how bad can they really be? Well, Zack (one of the owners in this family business) took out my rotors and showed and explained to me how rusty they really are and how my car shakes when I’m driving. I’ve been noticing a little bit of the shaking for a while now and the other mechanic we used said that I was just paranoid. Now my car feels a lot smoother when I’m driving it. I also needed my rotors changed in the front, but he said those can wait cause my pads are still pretty new. It sucks owning a car and having to shell out $ 250 for new rotors and break pads and another $ 37 for a new inspection sticker, but it’s well worth it if that means driving safely on the road. Zach is honest and reasonable and I like that about him. In and out within an hour. Thanks guys!

Changed my tire here after a nyc bolt went into my tire. Fast and quick and inexpensive. Recommended.

Came here twice in the last few years. The first time it was for an emergency inspection as i was late for the renewal. The guy took advantage of the fact that I needed the inspection done right away and said I needed to change out my tires. He recommended i change all 4 of my tires. But if i didnt have the money i could just do the 2 back tires for now just to pass the inspection then come back later for the front tires. My car was only 2 years old and i drive an average of 7000 miles a year. Does that even make sense? Well duhh. It IS a tire shop afterall! Wow. I truly believe he took me for an idiot but sadly i just bought the stupid tires because I didnt want to pay him for the inspection he wouldn’t pass and would risk getting a ticket.
The second time I actually went back for the same reason. Thought it mayb be different the next time around since it was just one year past the incident, but as soon as i drove in and told him i need an inspection the guy started checking out my tires. That gave me a flashback to my last unfortunate episode so i came to my senses and pulled out of that shop ASAP!
The way the guy talks to you trying to act all chummy and sleazy and how his attitude changes went you change your mind and drive away is enough for me not to come back.

They installed some new tires on my car and they clearly installed the inner side on the outside. When i asked for them to remount they said they wouldn’t. Next stop is the bbb

OH NO! NOT AGAIN! I can’t stand potholes, nails and anything else that ultimately flattens your tire. The winter storms in the Northeast has been brutal to our poor cars.
The only saving grace is the folks at Flushing tire can fix your flat literally in minutes for a very fair and reasonable price.
Whether you opt to apply a patch or a plug on your tire. They will have you in and out quickly. If you want it done any cheaper, plug it yourself, but $ 10 for a plug and $ 15 for a patch is a great price.
If the time ever arises again to fix my tires I will definitely come back here.

I have come here four times now.
The first time I had a nail in my tire and they took care of my tire in a very timely manner. Great service and no complaints. The tire is just like new. The owner or co-owner’s name is Zach. He made my experience at this shop wonderful and therefore, I would definitely come here again. I asked him how much it’ll cost for a tire replacement just in case my tire ever failed. I asked if it’ll be cheaper if I replaced all 4 tires, he didn’t bother telling me the price because he said its not worth it to do that since its a waste of money. He wasn’t worried about money, he was worried about customer satisfaction and making sure I got the best value for my money and time.
The second time I came here was to get a NY state inspection. It was around 630 and they close at 700. The worker there told me it was too crowded and to come back tomorrow. He told me they close at 700 and that I should come back tomorrow for the inspection.
So I come back a third time at 545. Although the shop closes at 7pm, the NY state inspection machine closes at 5pm! What!!! I wish they would have told me this or had it written somewhere. The communication of the Asian employee was just horrible. I spoke to Zach and he was the one that told me that the machine turns off at 5pm. I didn’t show I was frustrated, because hey, what is that even going to do? It won’t help with anything. Before I could even be upset, Zach was fast and told me to go to mobile or gulf gas station not too far away. He said those two might/​should be open. He has not going to make any money out of recommending me to another place. Another great example of great customer service. He didn’t care about the money, he cared about my satisfaction.
Today was the fourth time I went, I went around 10:45am, unfortunately it was crowded and Zach told me it’ll be a 15 – 20 minute wait, I didn’t have that much time to spare. I do appreciate Zach’s honesty and professionalism. I did get my NY state inspection elsewhere. But I wanted to take my time and write a honest review about how honest the owner of this shoo is. I will definitely come back to this location for any of my car issues. 5 stars service with a fair price tag.

Zack is the owner, and he’s been the most honest and straight forward mechanic, which is why my family and I have been loyal patrons of his and his crew for years. Whether it’s for an inspection, oil change (if you’re feeling too lazy to change your own), tire rotation, tire patch, or what have you, you want to go see Zack.
There’s something to say about a place that genuinely cares about their customers, and really appreciates customer loyalty. If you’re a regular at any great establishment, you know you’ll be favored before the others.
I just went in today for a quick fix, and I was in and out within minutes. Trust me, these are good people and they do great work for the money
