One of the better Dunkin donuts locations I’ve been to for the simple fact that the service is quick and also because the store is the largest location I’ve been to.

What a nice store… filled with bums. And if looks could kill from the staff here. But that’s not the point. Went there three times to buy 2 donuts that comes up to $ 2.59 and gave them $ 3.00 and all three times got .40 cents back. Where’s the .01 cent? It’s really not about the money. It’s about the principle. Why charge 1.19 for a donut if you don’t have pennies for change? Now if I go but donuts 100 times I lost a whole dollar. ITSPRINCIPLE. Undercover boss needs to do a show here.

Location is convenient(by bus stop &7 train) however the quality of the food is not up to a DD standard. I bought an Iced Green Tea and they mistakenly made a Black Tea for me. She realized and changed the order for me. I don’t know what she did, the new cup has a red color tone so I asked to see if they really re-do the tea for me, they told me «yes, it is a GT». So I went home to enjoy the tea, surprisingly they actually mixed a little Green Tea with almost a full cup of Black Tea. Tasted so awful, very disappointed. Will not go back to this location again!!!

Let me tell you all a little something something~ These workers. will check you out the moment you walk through those doors. These men will whisper in Bangladesh & comment on your appearance. These same men are married. How do I know this? I worked here a few years ago & have NEVER come back. I quit after 2 weeks. Wanna know something else? The medal spoon they use to stir your«oh so delicious» coffees? haha Those spoons are in the same bucket where the rag goes. Filled with yummy brown murky water from all the crap that was on the table you’re sitting on. Oh. Last thing. Time to time, there are some homeless men that come in to get a coffee and donut. These workers will mercilessly tell them to leave. They won’t take the money directly hand to hand. They will toss the change rudely on the table. Some workers will even run to the back when the homeless man walks in. The moment the food is purchased, they will be given a warning that they MUST leave in 10 – 15 minutes. I don’t understand why they aren’t treated like regular human beings. If anyone, regardless of being homeless or not came in the store to loiter, I understand we may ask them to leave. but he is a CUSTOMER. He is a paying customer. do NOT tell him he MUST leave. left my job the next day. & I will never come back to this store even if they gave me free donuts for life.

Biggest Dunkin’ Donuts in Flushing. Clean and tables for customers to sit. The only complaint I have is the constant nagging of «Can I help you?» when you are obviously standing 5 feet away trying to figure out what you want on the menu. No one likes to be rushed.

This Dunkin Donuts is a very nice and quiet location in the heart of Flushing Main Street where you can actually sit without all the hustle and buffle of other coffee shops around the area. Clean, spacious shop recently opened to the public. Same first in first out concept on the donuts, making it hard to get a nice fresh treat. Coffee is still consistent which makes DD a coffee meca. However, the same can’t be said about their donuts which in quality are usually a hit or miss.

NEVERGOHERE The WORST Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The staff is rude and condescending. Today I bought a single scoop of pistachio ice cream and it was disgusting. The ice cream was melting and as the worker scooped it out and it was what one would call«warm» ice cream. It seemed to be a problem with the freezer as the ice cream in the freezer looked like it had melted and was beginning to just re-freeze. When I complained to the manager(His name was Primal or something) he was extremely rude about it. His words were, «You dont like the ice cream? Ok. Dont complain and I’ll give you refund.» He told me he had no reason to apologize to me. Excuse you, if you sell sticky, melting goop and call it ice cream, you apologize to the customer. Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude, no wonder the staff were rude as well. Will never return here.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Baskin Robbins’s service! I went to a Flushing, New York store(39th Ave) location and tried to order a cake. The first person who I asked did not know what I was talking about. I asked to order a cake for Sunday and he ask me «how many scoops do you want?» He clearly did not understand what I was talking about. A second person came and when I ask him to order a cake, he took me to where the cakes were placed. Then I ask him if that’s all the design Baskin Robins have and he said yes. I was limited to the designs they have in store when I was suppose to pick up the cake 5 days later. I saw the«order online» sign so decided to place a order online. Here is where the second trouble came… I order a 6″ Caramelectric Cake, Vanilla Cake, Pistachio Almond ice cream flavor and I got a chocolate cake, cookie and cream ice cream flavor. After someone help me pick up the cake home, I realized it was different from what I ordered based on the appearance. I called up the store. The person who talk to me said it was the«RIGHT» cake when I told him it looks very different from what I ordered online. I told him to confirm my information, and he clearly just read it off from the email we gave him. I asked him what if the order was wrong? He told me, if it is wrong, bring it back and we will change it for you. Today is 80+ degree and who would bring it back to exchange after you cut a cake? Tell everyone to not eat the cake because it is wrong and we have to go back and exchange? I just don’t get how the store can give a customer the wrong cake, the customer called and confirm and they said it was CORRECT! Clearly NOT! The franchiser there surely don’t know how to operate a Baskin Robbins and I am very disappointed with this order.

I walked in last night to get some ice cream at the baskin Robbins portion of the dunkin donuts. While looking at flavored I noticed 5 – 6 ant like bugs in the ice cream. I brought it to the attention of another patron and we both brought it to the attention of the person behind counter. She was taking them out one at a time, rater then removing the whole bin of ice cream. The patron next to me complained and said she must take the whole thing out. There is something about the flushing area and the shops that I have seen lots of unclean and unsanitary situations. Grossed out.

I love Dunkin Donuts but I hate this one. I’ve recently gotten addicted to their chicken salad sandwich on a toasted croissant. I waited on a line to order. When I got to the register, the worker proceeded in taking out their cellphone to text. The other worker, after 2 minutes, proceeded in taking my order. The texting guy was still texting! Did I not mention that there were still people behind me? Well there was. The service here sucks. The sandwich wasn’t that great either. The chicken salad was not spread evenly. It was all a giant chunk in the middle and little or none on the sides. The interior of this DD is really modern. However, don’t plan on getting seats because there are some rude and rowdy teenagers taking up the seats. Nice store, bad everything else.

Brand new Dunkin that already needs a brand new staff. I came here two days in a row and both times, they messed up my order. How did you hear coffee when I said latte? I said skim, no sugar, but my latte was made with regular milk and lots of sugar. Where is the disconnect here?! I will say, they redid my drink with no issues and after that it came out fine, but seriously, why did you even screw it up in the first place? Regardless, when you’re craving Dunkin, this place will do, but just expect to give it a few tries before you get what you actually want.

Omg. Could this place be any more disgusting? I literally want to barf. I ordered a banana mango smoothie, as literally watched the Muslim woman who works there DOUBLEDIP into the mango yogurt with her little pink spoon! ENOUGHSAID. I told them not to make it, and got my money back. If they do this in front of your face, imagine what’s one behind your back. This woman needs to be fired. Clear Heath violation, and I will be calling the Heath department

One of the worst services I’ve ever recieved. I honestly never expect much but when the girl got my order wrong I repeated myself resulting in rude comment. I paid for a meal ended up just getting a sandwich. I’d rather just go somewhere else next time. Stay away.

One of the better Dunkin Donuts around the area! The donuts actually taste moist even at 8:00pm! Clean place. Spacious. Good seats. Ok staff. No complaints.

Even tho its a little out of the way of the 7 train station it’s worth the trip up the block. Very nice and clean D&D with great service. They have comfy leather chairs and free wifi plus has a baskin Roberts inside

Leather seats and a comfortable sitting area makes this a competitor with all those Korean French bakeries in the area. They typical stuff you would expect from Dunkin Donuts. They have free WiFi at this location but you only get 20 minutes of loitering time.

New Dunkin! Its bigger then the one on roosevelt, and also clean(probably because it just opened) The service is good here, but Dunkin coffee is always the same for me, hit or miss. Four stars only because it has a decent amount of seating and lots of plugs.
