Concierge booked Deborah Limo service from our hotel to LGA. Car was exactly on time, driver was professional and knew alternate routes when traffic was backed up. We arrived quickly and as expected to our drop off at the airport. Cost comparable or better than taxi. I would use again.

Unilocal, please make it so I can give ZERO stars. These people are SO RUDE. They were disrespectful, impatient, and unhelpful right from square one. I think I’ve gone crazy for even continuing the booking process. You’d think at least the the person you’d talk to when booking would be SOMEWHAT nice since they want your money and business… but boy was I wrong. RUDE and WORST SERVICE EVER.

POS car service. The guys driving are alright, but dispatch sucks. Aside from rude dispatchers who have little command of the English language, I was actually accused of making a prank order because I called with a change of address. Basically, if this place goes out of business it would be a positive for the greater NY area.

Ours was a poor experience, with a huge disappointment between what I thought I was getting and what I actually got. My family and I wanted a transfer from our Manhattan hotel in Chelsea to JFK airport. The hotel clerk offered to call a limo (car service) for us and said the amount would be $ 61, including tolls but excluding tip. This is pretty comparable to a taxi and may be a better deal if traffic is bad, so I agreed. The limo arrived at the time promised and was a large SUV, providing adequate capacity for the four of us and our luggage.
However, the first surprise was that the driver asked if we wanted to take the «direct» route or the «longer» route. The direct route, after significant interrogation, was through the Queens Midtown Tunnel which is a toll road. The longer route was the Queensboro Bridge which takes a little longer but is not a toll road. I argued that the hotel clerk had told us the fare included tolls but the driver insisted the clerk was wrong. We had lots of time before our flight so we opted for the Queensboro Bridge.
The second surprise was on arrival at the airport. I told the driver that I would pay with a credit card but he said that the fare would be $ 10 higher if I paid with credit rather than in cash. Fortunately I had enough cash on hand.
To the driver’s credit, he (Luis) was resourceful in finding alternate routes to JFK when traffic on the interstates was snarled. (Thank heavens for GPS and maps on smartphones! I was able to be reassured we were on the right track.)
Moral of the story: you still generally get what you pay for. Ask lots of questions up front. And when in doubt look to Unilocal

I was told the cab would be there in 5 mins, and I ended up waiting an hour for no car. So I definitely will not recommend to any one.
