Picerno sells the idea that it is in both your interest to resolve the case as fast as possible, but what that really means is he doesn’t care whether you win or lose. He wants to finish the case so he can move on to book his next paycheck. Picerno and his staff are very unprofessional and have terrible customer service when the case is delayed. Don’t be surprised if he actually yells at his clients and belittles you. Expect delays, headaches, lots of unread emails /​voicemails, lack of communications and miscommunications.

Angelo Picerno has no concern for your case once the retainer has been paid and is very unprofessional. He doesnt return phone calls nor emails. The only time a call was received was after a refund was requested. Although convenient to the court, I should have googled him first and I would not have made the mistake of retaining him. He has poor ratings on AVVO from another client represented by him.
