My Siblings Just LOVE this place, and honestly I think I do too. Out of all the Chuck E Cheese’s in Queens, i’d say this one is the best, with you get pass the fact it always smell like cheese & ass. I toke my siblings here yesterday(Saturday) and the place was a bit dirty and crowded, i came in, greeted this nice girl, her name i believe is Jasmine, she said hi, and then asked for our left hands, which I was confused on why it was the left when I always would get stamped on my right. She explained to me why, & I completely understood. Then she ask if this our first time & I said no, & she opened the rope & let us in. I proceed to find a table while my mom was on the line for the food, I couldn’t find one that didn’t have garbage on it, so I asked this employee who worked there if he could clean it and he told me he’d find someone and never did. I saw a girl cleaning tables and she was really nice about cleaning the table for me. The place however are a bit expensive, $ 30 for 120 tokens? thats minus the food. You’re looking to spend at least $ 100. Our food was a bit late, but still delicious! My brother can’t get enough of the car game, & they got rid of the crawl thingy. When we was done, the line for prizes was a bit long and they dont really have much if you don’t win at least 200 tickets. The ticket machines kept breaking too. Once we got our prizes, we left, the same girl who was there when we entered, was there to scan us out, my brother seems to like her, lol he gave her his bracelet he won. Aha! I highly recommend they invest in cleaning the carpet, but overall the place is amazing & so are the employees. Good job!

This place is crap. I’ve been to other Chuck E. Cheese locations with my nieces and nephews before, and this one is the worst so far. Now, it is busier, given that it’s located in a densely populated part of Queens. So, the place is packed — even at 11 in the morning. I’m sure that the mostly teenaged staff gets exhausted by their busy days, but that doesn’t warrant the ill-mannered, unresponsive, lack of professionalism that they exhibited at this location. While my nephew was playing with an arcade game that had another unused token left in it, a random tech guy came and opened it up to do some busy work. He said absolutely nothing, and this went on for a while when we gave him benefit of the doubt awaiting some communication. Of course we spoke to him after and he only mumbled something unintelligible which was not even a direct response to the question we asked. As if that wasn’t enough, at the end of our visit there, we went to pick out prizes. When it was our turn, we asked for a couple different prizes within the point range we had. The employee we dealt with was aloof, exercised absolutely no vocal abilities to confirm he was in fact looking for what we asked for, and had not the decency to answer a simple question. Those were just a couple experiences we had within a 2.5 hour window here. I can’t believe how disgruntled the staff here is at such a young age. I will say that there were literally 2 staff members who were capable out of the multiple we encountered. Upon entry, one man at the register was courteous, and when there were any issues with the tickets for any games, including ours, there was one friendly employee walking around assisting everyone in a timely fashion. Also, this is the worst smelling Chuck E. Cheese I’ve been to.

The kids had a blast running around and playing games until it was time to cash their tickets in there was only one girl working the food counter and ticket counter asked numerous employees for assistance but was told to wait for the one girl. The manager came out with an immediate attitude and was very disrespectful off the bat that he had more important manager things to do other than help us. Apparently a customer being happy and being helped instead of waiting a half hour Isn’t a managers job!

I decided to take my toddler today for the first time.(I know I know!) We absolutely loved it although I picked up a few tips for next time lol Diana was the girl at the front desk today and she was awesome and so very helpful. Actually, everyone I encountered today during my visit gave me nothing but positive vibes. So I decided to ditch the stroller today… big mistake! It’s cold and we had coats and bags and scarves and we had to lug them around everywhere which of course caused me to put down my phone and tokens. and walk away! Luckily a worker nearby saw us frantically searching and let me know he had found them and had his boss holding it up front. Phew! We got hungry after a while so we ordered an Individual pizza($ 7) and a soda.(Self serve= free refills) I sprung for the cute cup, because why not? Lol and we had a seat. The gentleman who delivered our food was also super pleasant and polite. Chuck e himself would come out from time to time and invite all the kids to the front to do the dance. It was super cute although I think that if the sound system was where the mouse actually was doing his dancing, it would’ve had a better effect. The sound was low so it was a tad awkward and the kids weren’t sure what to do. At the end, the mouse throws a handful of tickets in the air, and I almost had to get besides myself as these 2 aggressive Asian women almost knocked my son down to get to a ticket that landed besides us. S.M.H Really? Really. I suddenly remembered I was in Flushing. Sigh Other than that and the very awkward trip to the bathroom(which was clean btw) where as we were washing our hands a lady comes in with a little girl and proceeds to enter a stall and spank her a few hundred times for not«having a good time» apparently. My goodness. We had a lovely time! We collected our football prize and were on our merry way. Happy baby, happy life.

I’d been here several times with my children and by far this is the better of the others that I have gone to. As with all chucks, there will be some games that are out of order. The food is fine, same as the other chucks. This place is easy to get to and you get 3 hrs free indoor parking.

Excellent party spot or a place to gather kids up. First of all — been to a few chuck E cheese’s in the past(not for parties) but just as a visitor. Several locations throughout the country. It is always dingy(probably from kids who are uncontrollable) and just unprofessional. People are rude and workers care less because they want to go home by the end of the day, who knows. My impression of this franchise is to always stay as far away as possible. I dont care how many free tokens they give, but it was always this uncomfortable feeling that this joint creates — or maybe it’s that darn mouse! ahha Second, came here one night to give it a try to see how it goes… expecting to be horrified again. Walked around. Not sure, even the carpet was noticeably a-ok and I was like, wait, where am I again? or could it be that this place is relatively new? Who knows… but the point is, total shocker! I was impressed by the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the bathroom was crazy tidy(and you know how kids get it all messed up in just 2 sec), the workers were cleaning the tables like it was priority(good job!) and everyone seemed to be doing their thing(normal) but yet not crude or going crazy to a point where rude parents are trying to fight over a game with someone else(oh you know what I’m talking about with those parents at Walmart on black friday or xmas eve!). It was a unique experience. Again, I was only browsing to check it out, expecting nothing more. ½ year later, the same cool experience. This time, actually went in there to pick up a flyer for a future party. So I went there one Sunday morning, passing by before opening time. THELINESWEREOUTSIDETHEDOOR! Dang! What is this, some rock concert with strollers? It was like everyone was waiting to get in! So I stood on line anyways and it all went very fast. The whole place was already set up(kudos to that) and it was all still organized. By 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, you’d probably expect chaos and the entire place turned upside down. But nope — the place kept their cool despite their heavy traffic coming in through the door. Very amazed at this location. I sent in a note to corporate office that all other locations should follow this example branch. Managers were walking around with their headsets to make sure all the chaos was maintained and they did a very good job at that. All the group parties also seemed very happy. It is possible that they hired very experienced and professional staff to make it all work. Either way, very impressive. Now the mouse does not scare me anymore, yay! Sometimes it just takes a new perspective to get over that mouse face!

Two stars only because my son and neice enjoy this place for their games… but it isn’t the best Chuck E Cheese. I’ve been here twice this year and both times, all empty tables had left over trays and garbage on it. I was last here on Saturday and I had to ask three times for someone to come get the garbage off my table. 30 mins later a girl comes to get the junk and asks me to pass it to her. A customer should not have to touch other people’s disgusting garbage, nor should they have to ask three times for a mess to be cleaned so that my family and I can sit and eat in a clean table. We also waited about 40 mins for one small tiny personal pizza. I was told it would take 10 mins. The first time I came here in Feb, the person in the Chuckie suit ignored my son and did not want to stop for a picture with him. They should not be hiring rude people at a children’s location.

Didn’t know that the prices had gone up. $ 1=3 tokens. I remember when it used to be $ 1=4 tokens. There aren’t that much of a variety of games to choose from. A lot of them are chance games. I enjoyed the driving game(although they should really install more of these because I had to wait for a good 10 minutes till it was my brother and my turn to play). I really wanted to try the Tokyo Drift machine but sadly it was out of service. I guess this place is more about making memories than the prizes you can redeem for your tickets(not a lot you would want…)

I came here for a kid’s party. When I arrived — one hour after the party started — I found out that the oven wasn’t working. My friend pre-ordered pizza, sandwiches and chicken wings for the guests but only got pizza(from an outside vendor). All the guests were hungry and the pizza arrived late. To make matters worse, when my friend inquired about the food, they wouldn’t provide her with answers. At one point, I was going to step out to get a snack and I noticed that their salad bar was operational. It upset me because the least the venue could have done is give us something from the salad bar to hold us over due to the inconvenience.

Honestly? This place wasn’t half as bad as the reviews makes it seem. Lisa R., our kids and a couple of family members went about an hour and change after opening on a Tuesday. The place was pretty dead when we arrived. The food is expensive… I spent a little over 40.00 on 70 tokens, an individual pizza with one topping, two drinks and a salad bar plate. Lisa R. ordered a little more for the rest of the group and the size of the Large pie was pretty plentiful. The sampler style platter was huge, including fries, wings, breadsticks and a cheesy bread with tons of dipping sauces. From my perspective, the place was not dirty. The bathrooms were decent, the tables were all clean and cleared, the floors were pretty much spotless. I don’t know if the other reviews reflect a more high volume time, but they were pretty inaccurate in my opinion. Wasn’t much staff around that I noticed and you really wish some parents would watch their kids closer… but that isn’t the places problem. I like the system they have for entry and exiting. When you come in… you and your party are all stamped with the same number. When leaving, the guard checks the numbers to ensure that everyone leaving came together. Prizes are expensive, and the machines really don’t give you and tickets unless you get super lucky — but all of the games/rides are 1 token each so thats pretty cool. Check the website for coupons, and save the extra printed receipts — they have some great deals! Our toddlers had a blast.

well Monday night my family and i had a birthday party event here. We all had a great time playing together. The game area was clean, the bathroom stunk, someone left a dirty diaper i think for days in there. Food wise it was good. Now lets talk about the young girl in the register that night she was so rude and nasty. She didn’t realize i was part of the party when i was at the register with my other cousin. she was saying in spanish and by her accent she is colombian she clearly said«que maricada nos toca esperar a que esta gente se large para poder limpiar» and after that while helping us to claim our prizes she tells us that its late and we have to come some other day. so not only the kids from my family were there but also other kids that after i spoke to her loudly and told her that she had to help us because we were waiting there for a long time. she kept arguing, she could of taken all that time she was arguing and helped all the kids on the line. Shes young i understand but in that case she shouldn’t be working there if she has no patience. if there was an option for a clear start i would select that one. we will never go back to this place

The pizza here is good but small. The games here are more catered towards young kids, but once in a while its fun to treat yourself a kid and pretend that you’re a kid again. Definitely come here with coupons to maximize you experience. They have coupons for chuck e cheese tokens and food, so look hard to see if you can find some before you get here. The car games here are fun, you get to interact and challenge other players sitting next to you, allowing a great competitive and fun environment. You can also save you profile and your high scores will be automatically saved. However, I think they occasionally erase it or reset their systems. So that’s the sad part if your a person that loves to always see their high score on a arcade machine. I would definitely come here again, but never empty handed. I’ll always come prepared with coupons in hand.

The entrance smells like dirty diapers and puke but once you get pass it, you’re little one will be in Heaven. I’ve been here once for a bday party, where I felt they really rushed every thing and didn’t even eat the food. It looks like frozen pizza they just nuke. I also got charged for a bottle of water because I didn’t want to drink fountain soda. I’m sure everything is covered in germs, as I’ve never seen anyone wipe down anything. But how can you say no to the giant eyes that look up at you when they say, «Auntie, I like Chuck E Cheese and I’m having so much fun!» An hour to 1.5 hours is enough fun for any kid to get tired of playing the games over and over. But seriously he got sick right after this visit and I had a load of puke to clean up at home. Pretty sure he picked up a bug from this place. I would not advise eating the food unless you want your kid to get sick onsite.

There are some awesome coupons out there. You can’t come here without the coupons. For example, I have a coupon that gives me 500 tickets with the $ 30 token purchase… that’s 500 tickets, 120 tokens for $ 30. PROS: One of a kind kid paradise. Kids will throw tokens into machines unless supervised. My sweet little princess just started feeding a machine coins for those silly coupons. I think she put in 8 tokens for about 20 tickets. I went crazy and proceeded to educate her on the concept of Return on Investment! Blank eyes stared back at me and then proceeded to scream«Chuck E Cheese!!!» Whatevs! Worst part was getting all those 850 tickets into the ticket muncher. Most annoying experience ever considering all the little animals trying to shove their own tickets into my muncher. Come on parents! Control your children! BTW…the food is not worth it. Smuggle in your own drinks and food under the stroller.

So my boyfriend & decided to be weirdos & go eat pizza at Chuck e. Cheese because the Five Guys at sky view is now closed! :’/(why??) Any who, we walked in and ordered a large pizza with two drinks for $ 20& it came with about 30 free tokens. The pizza took a while to come. Mostly because it was very crowded that day. But it was very good. We got pepperoni & mushrooms. I was expecting a nasty pizza but it was quit decent. The workers there are also very nice.

This place isn’t just for kids. It’s fun to come in and play a few games for cheap. For $ 5, you can get 15 tokens and each game costs only 1 token(even the basketball shooting one). It’s fun playing some of the games, but some are pretty outdated. Don’t expect a lot of tickets from the games like at dave and busters. The place also reeks of cheese. I think the most disappointing part is that 33 tickets only gets you 3 rolls of sweet tarts(like the size of the smarties candy rolls) unless you want plastic spiders. 50 tickets gets you the tiny box of nerds, but most likely it’ll cost you more than $ 5.
