My life’s worst experience at this place. First of all they don’t understand English. When i asked for photo facial they gave me and mom chinese facial… The lady who was doing my facial she was rubbing many ears and took my one gold earring off and threw it on floor. When asked than she said «omg. I dntt know». Well when my mother and i didn’t get what was asked. So we told them no good cause they didn’t understand English than they called somebody, to explain why or what this and that shit… I told her on the phone Who was translating we are not satisfy with service… Than the lady was saying something in chinese and laughing. which made us like Jokers pay them but don’t aspects anything in returns. Than she asked for tip. I didn’t wanted to give tip for what. Not getting the Right service. Than she blocked my way. she didn’t wanted to give me way to exit out. She was blocking me and saying something in chinese. If she can she would put her hand in. My handbag and take all the money out… I wasted my time and money. So suggest not to go there. .and on top of all that she took money in advance before even starting the facial. I assuming that they knew it that «we don’t provide service what people ask for» so people probably refuse to give money afterwords… So don’t ever go there… I will not give them any star. But it’s required i guess.
