They need a new manager! I was sold the wrong piece for my car which destroyed another piece of my car ! I spoke to the manager and in this Indian voice he said «not my problem» the mans get their drives me crazy with his poor social skills !!!

In conclusion: Terrible costumer service, bad service very lazy, looks like u have to do everything by ur self.
Please Managemnt do something about this customer service that’s the point of writing reviews.

If they had to put 0 on stars I would they very poor customer service I called the store to check on a part and they said they had it and I made sure if they had it before I dont waste my time if they can put it on the side for me so I can pick it up when i got there the worker was to busy eating in front of me and busy talking to his Co works and was taking his time to even check and there was a huge line and people was cutting in front of me that isn’t right I dunno what els to say about this store

Wow, I should’ve read the reviews before I came to this auto zone. I came to check my battery and alternator and one of the azz hole workers told me their machine was broken. He redirected me to the auto zone in Flushing which was just a blessing in disguise. The customer service was quicker and friendlier. They Flushing location told me this spot probably was just too lazy to check my car. I called them back to see if the machine was working and they said sure, just bring your car in. The person on the phone did apologize for the lazy azz worker who lied. Next time I will take my boo (car) to the Flushing location and so should you!

Got a new battery and asked for it to be put in. I was told they don’t know when they can install it because it was busy. I understood. Went back 40 min later, the young man tried to put it in but took him a long time, which I also understand. He seemed to be in a rush but I gave him a few bucks after he was done, even though he lost a screw and found it 20 min later. An hour later my car wouldn’t start because he didn’t tighten the nuts properly and it came out. I just wish they wouldn’t advertise battery installation and not have people who are able to install it properly. I wish I bought it online for cheaper and put it in myself. Lesson learned.

The place, prices are Ok — I found what I was looking for

If I could give them no stars I would… omg this is the worst auto zone ever… staff has no knowledge of what they are looking for and rude AF!!! Avoid going here at all cost!!! What a holes

They had my replacement headlamp bulbs in stock. Staff was quick to step up to help. 10% military discount. I watched the manager inform a customer that his purchase included a free item which he promptly added to his basket. Way to go!

AVOID! Worst AZ, avoid if possible. They messed up my pick up order TWICE. Had to make three trips and its still not resolved. Only reason why I’m picking up from here is because they have my items in stock. Next time, it’ll be my local AZ or just Advance Auto. The reviews for this place speaks for itself. AVOID!

Called for them to check if I still had guarantee to get hung up on and to then call back and be yelled at them to be told they were busy to call back in 30 minutes.

Super rude and not helpful staff. Do not come here! Waiting in line always takes forever and if you just want to ask one question, sorry, you still need to wait in line!!! No available staff can help you pick what you want. So avoid this place at all cost!

Ugh. I forgot to review this lovely establishment. THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF!!!
I have been here 3xs. All 3xs the wait was horrendous. They have 2 long lines and 2 ppl working the cashier and the floor. I asked for help the first time I walked in to replace my battery. The lovely woman couldn’t help me since she was helping someone and trying to ring someone up. She asked me to head inside and ask someone else.
Soooo I did… BUT I got the same response. Ugh. I don’t know how to take a battery out of the car lol. I finally found someone willing to help me (a customer). I was so annoyed and then had to wait online to purchase the battery. I know it wasn’t her fault and she did apologize several times. How about they hire more people to help. The workers there haven’t even gotten a break. The lines are just ridiculous. One line is for ordering and returning and the other line for purchasing. Ridiculous. Please get more help.

NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
Waited about 12 minutes for a few customers before me. It was around 7pm on a weeknight, the Staff (Manager) who helped me claimed himself as a manager as he refused to replace my faulty battery that is under warranty after he checked my info in the system and there is stock available in store. He said (Gonsary, I believe that was his name from his shirt. This white dude with a long beard. I am not racist. He told me he is under staff and cannot replace my battery for me. He has only 3 customers behind me and 4 staff were working that night. The store did not have anyone else there. I am not sure why he said he couldn’t do it. He told me it is only their courtesy to install it for customers. he has all the rights to refuse it. (I am still very skeptical about what he said)
Soon after he finished the courtesy speech, (the weird thing happens) he asks me if i wanna buy a brand new battery from his store. I am like what ! he is not replacing it for me because i did not purchase the battery from him. This is redicules. I kept telling him no i do not need a new battery (duh, i supposed to get mine replaced under WARRANTY!) he repeatedly asked me a few times as it makes no sense to me and he continues to refuse to replace my bad battery because how busy he is. I left after all as I do not like to deal with this non-​sense. I feeling very disappointed and strange why this manager behave like this to its customers.
After all the effort, still stuck with the bad battery and needs to find another AutoZone to have a human there to help. Hope the headquarter and ppl find this helpful

I really can’t believe. There is a line like going out the store. I went in and there is nobody at the counter except a girl at the register with a light grey shirt. I ask the girl with the grey shirt if there is a manager here she said that she is just the cashier. When I left the counter I heard her say can’t wait to get out of here. Looked around the store and see these people with red shirts looks like there packing away items but there is nobody at these parts counters. Nobody cares in this store

I’m giving this place 3 stars simply because the guy who helped me out was so nice and honest. I didn’t get his name. My true rating would be 1 – 2 stars if it wasn’t for him. I thought this place is understaff and disorganized when trying to pay from the look of things. I saw customers waiting on staff rather than the other way around. Products are nicely organized so if your self sufficient, this place is fine. Self check out would be a plus for this place. Thank you Mr. Nice guy for helping me with the fuse and USB car charger.

I have to agree with the other reviews here, always crowded, four people doing everything but helping the customers, they had an armed security guard for awhile who was a moonlighting Brinks guard. How bad is this place that they need an armed guard, what is it a bank ?? Even Autozones I’ve been to in Las Vegas NV don’t have guards. Too bad the Strauss down the block went out of business.
Autozone basically carries their own brands which are junk.
Also at this location there are always street mechanics working on peoples cars, which I know is illegal, guess the cops don’t care because it’s a semi-​ghetto neighborhood. Avoid this dump unless you’re desperate.
On top of it all, if you want to order name brand parts, they are rip off artist’s.
If you’ve ever been here you know everything I say is true.

They successfully tested my battery and gave me the info i needed. The lines were long, but there were only two people behind the counter helping. The security guard should have been doing double duty. It made everyone and I mean everyone feel uncomfortable.

No one helps you.
There are 4 people behind the register and only 1 of them is doing work.
They act like you are bothering them, or they are doing you a favor.
HORRIBLE!!!

My partner and I went into this store on Friday October 15^th. We needed to have our battery tested to see if we needed to get it charged, replaced etc. We walked in around 7pm and waited in line for over 10 minutes while a cashier and a manager argued with a customer about a return. We were not acknowledged until the cashier decided to let the manger work with disgruntled customer and come and help us. Once the cashier was ready to help us she directed us over to the battery testing center where another customer tried to step in front of us. We figured out our battery was bad and replaced it while there. I will not be going back to this place again. They were understaffed, unorganized and not professional.
Maybe corporate needs to come in and clean out this store. Unless you’re going in knowing exactly what you want and need I would recommend trying another auto parts store.

Came in w/​dad when we were redirected from the Northern Blvd Store, when we were promised over the phone w/​the guys @ N. Blvd store bout a part we could have which was only stored @ the COrona one; upon arriving, the smart ass, condescending manager goes off on an argument w/​me about why i cant have what was promised to me; it was an alternator for a NIssan; a swap that we were promised n a swap thats been allowed for so many yrs already; the smart ass manager just keeps on saying, «oh, i cant give u it»…n etc; cuz i just spoke w/​my manager n she wont allow it, yeah right, BS! i just argue w/​him for like 20 mins, going back n forth n he just gives me the same reason; horrible service here! U give autozone a bad rep; i actually go to autozone n its actually been alright; this store n manager, that guy, is horrible; major smart ass;
