Our office’s heating system has been down so it’s been FREEZING cold! We called them to check it out and they were able to fix the problem in a day. i’m so grateful that I no longer have to wear a big jacket to work!

Well, if you can find a company that does good work and helps you when your in a pinch then your always happy to stay with them. Book Heating & Cooling is such a place.
We’ve been customers now for at least 20 years and they really are helpful. Our AC unit finally died at 10:30 on a Thursday night in August so I called Book and left a voicemail which was returned at 8:15 the next morning. The folks at Book came out on Saturday morning and replaced the unit. I was impressed that they came out on such short notice even though I was willing to wait until the next week.
We also have them do yearly checkups on our heating & cooling systems and this has been a real benefit. Also, the good customer discount was much appreciated.
I’m the sort of person that when I find a company that takes care of its customers like a Book Heating, Elliott Plumbing, Mike’s Tire (now closed), or Gettelfinger Insurance then I stay with them. Service and trust go a long way.
