It seems like this salon doesn’t really care to make any money or take care of clients. I came in to get my eyebrows done and I was told I would have to wait until after a hair cut… then I saw someone else getting their eyebrows done and I asked if that employee would be able to do mine and she said I’m not sure I’ll have to ask… shouldn’t she have done that to begin with instead of telling me to wait at least 30 minutes for a service that only takes maybe 5? Also the salon was practically empty. Mississippi salons are lazy these days. I will not be coming back here for anything in the future.

I went there the other day in need of a haircut. they did a wonderful job and exactly what I wanted. and the price was not outrageous like most hair salons. I will definitely go back!

Run of the mill Asian salon. I would avoid this place!
I asked for a pedi and with shellac but got my nails painted and they drilled off my old shellac with a drill and no soak. I was never sat in the pedi chair or had even one drop of water touch me. This was hands down the worst pedi I have ever had.

I can only speak to the eyebrow waxing services at tranquility. I have probably going there 8 or 10 times to get my eyebrows waxed but the last time I went the wax was too hot and they burned me. All the other times were fine experiences but after they burned me I cannot go back. Don’t go here for fear of burning your eyelids.
