I’ve been to quite a few Panda Express locations that were pretty darn good, but this one isn’t worth a dollar a plate. Food choices are low, old or sitting out for a while, and service sucks. But they mostly are always out of everything.

Ate here for the first time about a month ago. The food was ok, but not superb. Orange chicken was good but overly dressed with sauce; the noodles were kind of dry; and the egg rolls were over cooked. The tea bar is a super downfall. It’s never consistent. Only one lady knows how to work the tea bar and when she is not at work, it is not available. Also, they never have ALL ingredients to properly offer the product. I ordered a green tea with milk and boboa and heard the manager tell the lady they only had black tea that day and no boboa, only leche:. But I was never offered something else, I was just served what they had. It’s kind of going downhill and will eventually direct customers away from there because of inconsistency.

Panda was great about 6 – 8 months ago, but has gone down dramatically since that time. The service is down, the quality is down, everything is down. This most recent time, we had two gift cards we wanted to use, but they said they didn’t have money on them. We knew they did, so we called and verified the amounts on the cards while the workers were there with us, but they refused to honor the amounts on the cards. I have a feeling they were just doing something wrong because they seemed to not know how to work the register well. Definitely disappointed.

Let me start by saying that I have been to some Panda Express’ that rock. Unfortunately this was not one of them. Half of what I ordered was cold. The Sweet Fire Chicken breast was doughy and not cooked. There were two lady’s working one friendly and helpful the other had major attitude. The restaurant was clean and we’ll lit. I will wait 6 months and then give them another try. If it is better then I will update this review.

Company party ran out of pizza. Ain’t that some stuff? Apparently, four boxes of pizza isn’t enough for 20 people. Go figure. Went in an hour before closing to score some ribs.(I had had them a few weeks prior and they were okay. Sweet and sticky, just like I thought they’d be.) The staff was getting ready to clean up since it was pretty dead in there, but still willing to please customers. It kind of already looked clean, though. The teriyaki chicken breasts look tempting, but ribs from Panda Express are fleeting, ya know? The ribs were okay. You could tell they had been sitting out for a bit. Tough in some places, wasn’t fall off the bone(which is fine to me because I love a bit of chew) but the flavor was still there. I wasn’t expecting anything mindblowingly amazing — just something to hit the spot and Panda Express it was.

Terrible service this past Sunday evening. When I brought it to their attention that we had beef waiting for over twenty minutes 5 people who came in behind us were served. They copped a really bad attitude at us. They have lost me and my family. We went to ghengis grill good food, good prices and great service.
