Bath & Body Works

This is your typical Bath & Body Works. It’s clean and very nicely organized. When it comes to shower gel, hand soap, and hand sanitizer, I use nothing but Bath & Body Works. I’m a very loyal customer.
This one only gets 3 stars from me because of the customer service. Seeing as how Mississippi is known for its southern hospitality, I’m really surprised the employees here aren’t more friendly.
At home in Jacksonville, whenever I walk into a Bath & Body Works, I’m always greeted and asked if I need assistance by someone with a smile on their face. That doesn’t happen here. The last time I was at this particular location, I had a question and had to go track someone down. She wasn’t exactly rude; yet, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. There store wasn’t busy either. Oh well, it’s not like I need help all that often anyway, but it was off-​putting enough that they got a star yanked away from then.
