Georgia Nails

I came here with my sister last night to get our nails done before going to church. The shop is really cute and the shop is family own. The owner of the shop is really sweet and nice. She is supper sweet and nice. The shop is right next to a sushi place so if you are hungry you can go next door and order food there.
The shop is really clean and everything is clean before use on the client. They have a pretty big option of gel colors! I could decided what I want to get done on my nails.
I would come back here again!

Not going back! I believe in second chances for all, but this was more than a second chance. Could not get the same person that originally done my nails, he was great! The lady that did after nicked two of my fingers and they bled! I’m sorry this is suppose to be a relaxing perk for myself and hurting is not an exception! She apologized and I ended up with her again, better experience this time. Went today and another lady (the mgr-​owner) began my mani, but suggested the other lady come assist with removing the old set. I mentioned to them as long as it didn’t cause pain and would get done sooner. She mentioned this would be faster and look better than sanding all the old off. Considering I had the solar pink /​white and she noticed a drastic difference in shades of pink
We will call her M came over and started popping the old off. I’m sure she saw my expression and concern with the first one that was not comfortable, but continued. I now have a hole in my nail and it started bleeding. She was pregnant or I might have smacked her!
After she moved and the mgr continued I could see her concern looking at my nail. She sanitized it, of course that was NOT fun!
Then said I could come back tomorrow and she would finish that one (her exact words she didn’t want to make it worse) no one will notice. At that point I was furious and thought yes they will if anyone this is for me and I will!
I work hard too and this is one thing I truly enjoyed relaxing and having done once every 2 – 3 weeks. No one has apologized or anything, M even suggested as I washed my hands (of course that stung like a bee sting) that «it’s ok I put powder and finish like that on other customers». I said no I don’t think so it’s bleeding and hurts, probably not a good idea! Wow people just don’t care or concern themselves with quality customer service anymore!
Very disappointed and pissed!!!
