I was very disappointed in the customer service I received when I went to this location today to ask for help with the cell phone I had purchased there earlier this year. Instead of a friendly hello, I was told by the woman working there that she would not be able to help me for at least 30 minutes because her manager was on vacation and she was all alone. After describing the problem with my phone, she suggested I go to another location while rolling her eyes. When I arrived at that store, I was told the problem with my phone could not be fixed at an AT&T store and that I would have to go to an Apple Store. Why wasn’t I told this at the first AT&T location? Because the lady working there couldn’t be bothered. Very disappointed since they had no trouble taking my money when I bought the phone!
